Again 1st class service when purchasing my Mercedes from both Scott and Simon alike. Couldn't be more honest, helpfully and friendly during the whole process of buying our new Mercedes, again. We have used Simon many times now over the years when part exchanging our car. Every time a 1st class experience from all of the guys involved. Simon service department is also a 1st class service, both George and James couldn't be more professional and friendly guys. What a refreshing change. If you’re looking for an honest garage / dealer of fantastic well looked after cars then look no further. The top reviews I read were not wrong. Having been shocked at the attitude of other dealerships, this one changed my views and made me realise finding a good one is so so important. Deposit paid after viewing online and seeing videos, money back no quibble if I didn’t like it. Scott was fabulous. I traveled down from Norfolk by rail to collect and I was not disappointed! Fabulous service with a smile, honest, genuine and professional. MOT and serviced, they even dealt with minor advisories and a new battery and valeted it before letting it go. Had one small issue after a couple of weeks but yet again nothing was too much trouble. The collection, repair and delivery service within 72 hours was amazing. I am so pleased with my car and will be returning to Simon for MOT/Service and hopefully for my next car !

We sold our Smart car to Simon through Motorway.co.uk, and although their rigid process was somewhat lengthy that was outside of his control. Simon got in touch promptly to arrange collection, and arrived exactly when he said he would. Trustworthy, friendly and very professional. Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Scott was Absolutely superb in sales , highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole process seemless. James in service was excellent in his aftercare with a couple of very minor issues we had.He dealt with them swiftly and efficiently. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to contact them.
