Came here as a new motability customer. Matt was extremely patient and understanding. He explained everything to me, fixed my tyre quickly and then explained how I can bring my car in anytime for assistance, service etc. A really nice guy and a fantastic team member. In fact, very happy with Hertford KwikFit all round.

We had exceptional service, we popped into Kwik Fit Hertford on the off chance, not having an appointment, my tyres where low on air which was done straight away, a new windscreen wiper needed, to be replaced, they ordered it and by the time we where about to leave it had arrived and was fitted.
