James is a knowledgeable, friendly and honest mechanic. Came out within 2 days to replace my alternator on my Fiat Doblo van. Checked a number of different things to fully diagnose it and also found other lose wires and connections on the van. He doesn't change parts (or charge you) for the sake of it, brilliant experience with him and I'll definitely be back. Reasonable pricing too (£300 cheaper than click mechanic).

James did the cambelt and water pump on my car. He’s extremely professional and clean when working, didn’t even get anything on my driveway. He made sure everything was running right and didn’t leave until he was 100% happy with how my TT was running. I experienced very professional service at this garage. I was very pleased to find that Tolpits Motors have a policy where if your vehicle fails MOT then there is no charge. The price I was charged for works done to my vehicle seemed very reasonable. All round, this was the best experience I have had at any garage.

I’ve been using John at Motorcare for over 10 years now, maybe even longer, having taken a couple of my E46 3 series BMW’s to him for regular servicing and, when required, repairs and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. For value, quality and service, Motorcare far exceeds anything you’ll get from a main dealership, offering honest expert advice thanks to his insane knowledge of anything BMW. I’m fairly certain he could piece together every single part of a BMW blindfolded and it would probably run better than when it came off the production line. Several members of my family, who also have BMW’s would also never go anywhere else.

Recently my car overheated and heater failed to work on the coldest day and was rescued by green flag. My daughter contacted Old London road garage who were happy to receive my car. Within a short time of arriving they were able to diagnose and quote on the work needed! My car was ready for pick up next morning. PAUL DID AN AMAZING JOB ON BOTH MY SON AND DAUHTERS CARS. BOTH CARS DROVE BETTER ONCE PAUL HAD WORKED ON THEM THAN THEY DID BEFORE. HE INFORMED ON EVERYTHING HE FOUND BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY WORK.
