Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. We used Tim to help us with a family of foxes that lived in our garden. It was the first time we’d ever had to do something like this and Tim was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. The traps were set and whole where the squirrels were jumping in from the tree was blocked up that evening. Tim returned when he said he would and the whole process was so smooth. I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.

Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

After finding a number of dead wasps in my child’s bedroom, I found Faron online and he returned my call straight away and arranged to come round and inspect. He found a couple of old nests that were not active so with continued investigation, I spotted a wasp flying into a whole in the wall and then identified a new growing nest there.
