Jack treated a wasp nest under our roof very efficiently. It was fairly inaccessible but with a long lance he was able to inject product into the entry point which was under a roof tile. He guaranteed the work and was willing to return if necessary. It worked first time and we are grateful for his prompt and efficient service.

I live in a flat in Royston (Stamford Yard) and managed to find a Wasps nest in the vent above my kitchen window. This required urgent attention due to the safety of my pregnant fiancé at the time. I then called Brough Pest control and they turned up to the property within less than an hour to firstly identify if a wasp or bees nest. After identifying it was a wasps nest they went to get their equipment to perform the necessary treatment which again was very quick to return. Not only was the problem solved/Wasp nest removed within a few hours of calling but the service was top tier. Very nice guy when dealing with Jack. If ever some type of pest control required I’d recommend this Co.

The rooftop patio of my house had a maggot/fly infestation and Jack and his team delivered an outstanding service of manually cleaning the tiles and spraying the area. Like to thank jamie for doing an excellent job in getting rid of our rats in our loft. Jamie identified the issue being related to the drain where an exposed pipe had been uncapped and solved the issue. Excellent service.

Highly recommended. Contacted Atomic when we had a suspected rat in the house. Jamie conducted the necessary investigations which took close to an hour, and advised us accordingly. I was expecting a large bill but when I called the following morning to square up he declined, saying he was in the area anyway. Extremely kind and muchly appreciated. The rat has yet to reappear.

We have had rats 3 years in a row and Jamie is the third pest controller we have used. Unlike the others, who just laid traps / bait and did the mandatory 3 visits, Jamie worked hard investigating the root cause of the problem. He found exactly how they were getting in and as well as trapping he mended a drain and fitted a one way flap to our outward waste pipe. Not only has this rid us of the rats but left us confident that they won't just be back again next year. Can't recommend highly enough.

Would absolutely recommend Jaime and Atomic Pest control. We have had pest control out before where they just put a few traps in the garden. Jaime looked thoroughly into the problem of how the rats were getting into our loft, sealed up all external holes, put caps on our drains and caught the rats. He is very professional and a lovely bloke to have around. I hope I don’t have to use him again but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others!

We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. I phoned Steve on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon he was on my doorstep. Looked like I had a mouse but may have already caught it in an existing trap. Steve checked all the loft and my adjoining garage for activity. There was very little evidence so he offered me some great free advice on how to continue to deal with them.
