Tim came out very quickly to my mum's flat when we noticed bites on mum and little bugs in bedroom. He gave the place 2 treatments and gave us clear instructions on what to do regarding her clothing and bedding . Bed bugs were the problem. All gone now and mum is a very happy mum again. Highly recommended. Contacted Atomic when we had a suspected rat in the house. Jamie conducted the necessary investigations which took close to an hour, and advised us accordingly. I was expecting a large bill but when I called the following morning to square up he declined, saying he was in the area anyway. Extremely kind and muchly appreciated. The rat has yet to reappear.

Would absolutely recommend Jaime and Atomic Pest control. We have had pest control out before where they just put a few traps in the garden. Jaime looked thoroughly into the problem of how the rats were getting into our loft, sealed up all external holes, put caps on our drains and caught the rats. He is very professional and a lovely bloke to have around. I hope I don’t have to use him again but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others!

We have had rats 3 years in a row and Jamie is the third pest controller we have used. Unlike the others, who just laid traps / bait and did the mandatory 3 visits, Jamie worked hard investigating the root cause of the problem. He found exactly how they were getting in and as well as trapping he mended a drain and fitted a one way flap to our outward waste pipe. Not only has this rid us of the rats but left us confident that they won't just be back again next year. Can't recommend highly enough.

Greg has done some pest control for us, well i could hear rodent noises in the loft turned out to be pipes/tank/boiler issue. He very kindly didnt charge for this visit. Very happy with service, communication and he really is a nice, honest, friendly guy. Would recommend.

Called Greg to sort out a rodent problem, he came round and fully explained why and where they’re getting in and his plans to stop them and a very good one off price which included follow up visits until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend using Pest UK Ware. After dealing with another company that initially said they could proof my house, took payment and then partially proofed the house, I was under a lot of stress. Pest UK Ware put me at ease straight away and came out the next day for a survey. They detailed how they would be able to proof each area. Lyle came out a few days later to proof my house and did a fantastic job, explaining each process before he did it. Very professional and completed at a high standard.

We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. Highly recommend 24hr Pest Control Limited for any rodent issues you may have. We heard scurrying in our attic and called Craig to discuss the issue. He was clear about pricing and how long it would take to fix the issue (v important as we needed it resolved within 14 days). He was able to visit the very next day and was excellent on communication and turned up exactly when we agreed every time. Craig was well-mannered and went *to town* putting down traps of all sorts and poisons to get rid of the issue quickly. He showed us pictures and videos of what he'd put down in the attic and also explained where he thought they might be getting in and gave advice of how we would resolve this. He also covered up one of our outside vents for free in case this was another area they could get in. We agreed dates for future visits to re-inspect the attic. Upon second visit he confirmed poisons had been taken but nothing caught in traps. Had he found any casualties in the attic he also would take these away which we'd have been grateful for. We've heard no activity in the attic since the day he visited so believe the problem is resolved. Craig offers a 3 month guarantee but I doubt we'll need it!

Steven carried out a drains survey and did a thorough job. He also went beyond what he was hired for in terms of looking for the problem. Steve and his colleague was approachable and knowledgeable.

I phoned Steve on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon he was on my doorstep. Looked like I had a mouse but may have already caught it in an existing trap. Steve checked all the loft and my adjoining garage for activity. There was very little evidence so he offered me some great free advice on how to continue to deal with them. Because the issue was possibly dealt with he refused to take any oayment, stating his advice is free of charge. I was amazed and very grateful as I’m a pensioner. Called late on a Friday afternoon to see if he could sort an issue in my loft. Came straight round and problem solved in less than half an hour. Couldn't recommend more.

Unfortunately we recently had an issue with mice behind the units in our kitchen. A quick call was made to Max and he responded straight away. Max quickly found their entry point, an air brick and fitted a cover to stop them coming in. He also laid poison to kill the existing mice. Over the following 4 weeks Max returned every week to make sure they were all gone and weren't coming back. We're very pleased with Max's work and the results were perfect, no more mice problems. Max has been so helpful when we had a recent mouse in our loft. He was quick, checked all possible access areas and put measures in place to stop mice in their tracks. He was very thorough with four visits, and being flexible with timings. We would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Max. We noticed we had rats coming into our property. Max took my first call out of hours on a Friday evening, and immediately committed to come round first thing on the Saturday morning. In total he visited the property about 5-6 times until both him and us were convinced that the problem was fully resolved. He was reliable and professional throughout. He was never in a hurry to finish an appointment and move on, he always took the time to explain things and make sure we were happy, and even communicated with us between visits. I felt his price was very fair and represented good value. Not only did he catch all of the rats over the course of a couple of weeks, he went above and beyond to fill entry points on the interior and exterior of the property to prevent the problem re-occurring (at no additional charge). Unfortunately we had a Squirrel infestation in our loft space, we believe birds may have been in there beforehand. Chris managed to get rid of my flea infestation when all else had failed, if I ever get fleas again I won't waste my money on over the counter sprays and smoke bombs I will call bugs n things!
