Called late on a Friday afternoon to see if he could sort an issue in my loft. Came straight round and problem solved in less than half an hour. Couldn't recommend more.

Steve came to me yesterday and was such a help after having a big company charge lots with little aftercare or info . Steve came for free and was such a help, giving lots of info . Highly recommend .

Steven carried out a drains survey and did a thorough job. He also went beyond what he was hired for in terms of looking for the problem. Steve and his colleague was approachable and knowledgeable.

I phoned Steve on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon he was on my doorstep. Looked like I had a mouse but may have already caught it in an existing trap. Steve checked all the loft and my adjoining garage for activity. There was very little evidence so he offered me some great free advice on how to continue to deal with them. Because the issue was possibly dealt with he refused to take any oayment, stating his advice is free of charge. I was amazed and very grateful as I’m a pensioner. Brilliant guy, I called in a panic as we discovered we had a wasps nest in our bedroom window. I have a phobia and was a mess on the phone. Elias was so understanding and kind on the phone and was round the house within the hour if not sooner. He dealt with the nest very well and quickly. Couldn't recommend him enough.

After discovering early signs of a wasp's nest in the walls of my shed, I found Atomic online and called them to assist. Jamie came the following day to assess the situation. He quickly identified how they were getting in and dealt with the wasp's nest. We have had no reoccurrence. His service was efficient, effective and not at all expensive. I was so satisfied I called him again to deal with a wasp's nest that had appeared in the compost pile on our allotment plot. A much bigger job, but he handled it as professionally and efficiently as the first job. Highly recommended!

Like to thank jamie for doing an excellent job in getting rid of our rats in our loft. Jamie identified the issue being related to the drain where an exposed pipe had been uncapped and solved the issue. Excellent service.

We have had rats 3 years in a row and Jamie is the third pest controller we have used. Unlike the others, who just laid traps / bait and did the mandatory 3 visits, Jamie worked hard investigating the root cause of the problem. He found exactly how they were getting in and as well as trapping he mended a drain and fitted a one way flap to our outward waste pipe. Not only has this rid us of the rats but left us confident that they won't just be back again next year. Can't recommend highly enough.

Highly recommended. Contacted Atomic when we had a suspected rat in the house. Jamie conducted the necessary investigations which took close to an hour, and advised us accordingly. I was expecting a large bill but when I called the following morning to square up he declined, saying he was in the area anyway. Extremely kind and muchly appreciated. The rat has yet to reappear.

So grateful to Craig for arriving and acting quickly when we discovered we had a squirrel in the loft. He not only set about trying to catch the pest, he checked around our house to see how it was getting in, and offered great advice. So, we used 24 hour pest control limited when our lovely little pesty guests decided that our home was there's and Craig and his team were very efficient and helpful, understanding and of all of our needs as I have medical equipment that needs specialist treatment and Craig and his team were very helpful even when we couldn't move certain things Craig and his team would do it for us no problem. Overall the experience has been exceptional and despite having the medical equipment which means that there were several visits to complete the job, but this was done with no quibble and fuss. We are very appreciative of Craig and the teams expertise and help with getting rid of our unwanted friends. And the whole team at 24 hour pest control limited put all of us at ease explaining what's going to happen and continuing to have conversations with us where we wernt sure and supported us to deal with pesty guests. Called Greg to sort out a rodent problem, he came round and fully explained why and where they’re getting in and his plans to stop them and a very good one off price which included follow up visits until the problem was solved. When he was satisfied there were no more intruders he sealed up where they were getting in. Would 100% recommend Greg to anyone with unwanted intruders

Greg did an amazing job with our recent pest control issue. Our house was riddled with fleas and over the course of the treatment, Greg was able to completely eradicate the problem. Greg has done some pest control for us, well i could hear rodent noises in the loft turned out to be pipes/tank/boiler issue. He very kindly didnt charge for this visit. Very happy with service, communication and he really is a nice, honest, friendly guy. Would recommend.

Harry did a great job disinfecting some storage space under the eaves once an unwelcome family of squirrels had vacated. Fast response for this job which was not urgent. Would use again.

Tim came out very quickly to my mum's flat when we noticed bites on mum and little bugs in bedroom. He gave the place 2 treatments and gave us clear instructions on what to do regarding her clothing and bedding . Bed bugs were the problem. All gone now and mum is a very happy mum again. Thanks Tim.
