Always good to support a local business. Chris arrived on the day of my call within a couple of hours. He was friendly, spoke knowledgeably about the problem (a wasp nest) and treated the issue promptly. Highly recommended.

Chris was fantastic. I called because I had a rodent problem at a flat I owned and the tenant was extremely upset. Chris was able to get there the same day I called him, liaised with the tenant and kept working on the issue until he was able to make sure that all of the rodents were gone and couldn’t gain access again. He was very good at communicating what was going on and was extremely proactive in his approach. I couldn’t recommend more high.

Chris was able to come over and sort the issue the same day. He diagnosed the potential cause and advised a solution. He set the water based incecticide bombs and we left the rooms for a couple of hours. When we returned there was no residue or chemical smell, you couldn’t tell anything had been set off. The problem was eradicated, quickly and safely. Thanks Chris, great job Dude 👍

Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! Couldnt fault this company simply amazing service and should i ever need their help again i will 110% be ringing them.

He even shuffled some jobs around to fit us in at short notice. They came when they said they'd come and sorted the problem wasp nests straight away. Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!

Had a problem for several months and dealt with the council without success before we used H&Co's services. Chris was very friendly and identified the problem on a first visit. It only took few more visits to sort out the issue altogether. We received quotes from larger services and they are extortionate compared to H&Co. Chris is incredibly knowledgable about his craft and is very dedicated to his work. He was very responsive and keen to help. I would 100% recommend his services as he will deal with any issue professionally and sort it out quickly.

I have used Pestforce 3 times in the last 18months. The service is very reliable and helpful. We have always had a very responsive service, usually within a few days of requesting a visit. Also living in Dorset it is hard to get contractors to assist without us being at the property but Pestforce have been extremely supportive with regards to this. We had an issue with pigeons getting under the solar panels, Matt came and installed spikes to stop them, amazing job very neat can hardly see them. As we obviously couldn’t see what he was doing and how it looked to make sure we were happy and knew what had been done he took pictures to show us during and after completion. While up on the roof Matt drew our attention to an issue we had with the roof vent, he very kindly sorted that out for us to, saving us a lot of money as having scaffolding erected again would have cost us a lot. Matt is a kind and friendly guy, fabulous customer service, highly recommend this company.

Since we lost our cat, we had evidence of mice in our garage but we couldn’t tell if they’d been in recently or not. As an animal lover, I wanted the situation to be handled sensitively. As a Father of two young children, I wanted it handled quickly, safely and permanently. Matt from MSD Pest Control was able to determine that the activity was recent and advised that our visitors were field mice. He was honest and advised me away from my plan to capture them as they would only return or potentially die on the return journey. Matt laid bait boxes and conducted weekly check ups. He assessed potential access points and installed preventative treatment on our garage at a very fair price. Our next door neighbour was also impressed and asked for the same services. Great communication, service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

At a time of crisis with mice in the garage and car port (and getting inside the car) PestMaster proved to be prompt, helpful and effective at sorting it out. Their cost covered 3 visits to make sure we were happy and all the equipment required. Well worth it and good value. Not only that Wayne sorted out an extra barrier to put at the bottom of the garage doors to seal them from mice getting in for minimally extra cost.Excellent service. Would highly recommend their service instead of putting random bits of over the counter bait which kills slowly and indiscriminately.

2 weeks ago late at night, I saw a rat in my kitchen. Next morning, I rang the Pest Control company. The person who took my call explained the pricing policy and arranged for a techician to visit that same day. This was very important to me as I'm petrified of rats. Steve arrived on time. He was friendly and got to work straight away on assessing the area. He identifed one possible access point from the garden. Traps and bait were laid. I took the option to have Steve return 2 weeks later to check the situation. Pleased to see him and delighted no sightings of a rat(s) since his initial visit. The service is expensive, but if you need a responsive service and are able to pay, I recommend this company.
