With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

Frank provided the most professional and friendly service you could ask for. He is extremely knowledgeable and kept me fully informed of his thoughts, plans and treatments used. Absolutely fantastic company, so honest and helpful. Unfortunately 😱 we have had to use them in two houses and they have been amazing. First house was dealt with completely successfully. Second house needed no treatment and so no charge - how many companies would do that? Both Frank and Paul are complete gentlemen. Should I need a pest control company in the future I would not use any other company. Thanks guys.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

An excellent service provided by David to deal with a wasp nest in the garden. He responded to my initial enquiry very promptly and arrived on the same day to treat the problem. Emergency call out .... After contacting several other all found on Google and being told can't help till next week or for a few days or will cost over £300 to come out tonight. Being a disabled person at risk of death if stung due to breathing issues. Finding a Queen wasp in January in the bedroom was life threatening. Simon, bless him said he had just gotten home but would be over shortly to deal with my Queen wasp. Life saving service ... I really cannot tell you how difficult my life is just existing, so when something like this happens and you phone countless companies all NOT understanding the situation to find one that does made me burst into tears with relief. At personal risk of my privacy I am doing this review as OUTSTANDING SERVICE really is an understatement. The cost £120 I really cannot recommend this gentleman and his company highly enough and I fear the day he goes into retirement. Thank you so very very much.

Simon arrived when he stated he would, quickly assessed the situation and dispatched our problem wasp nest immediately. All done for a very reasonable price. Mervyn came round today for what we worried was rats. He was amazing and said it was bats, not rats and gave a whole heap of advice. He does any pest control including wasps, hornets, bees and more. I recommend him very highly.

My tenant had a sudden infestation of tiny black bugs on the walls at 3pm, so I called All Gone because I liked the name that clearly offers the solution I was after! I spoke immediately to a very helpful and knowledgeable person Dave, who booked in within less than 24 hours. Jimi attended on the day, texted my tenant to update over traffic hold-ups, and communicated the diagnosis and treatment with me before commencing work. It was undertaken professionally and speedily, and they will come back for free if needed, though it is unheard of. Payment was so simple: a text with a link you can easily pay online as a guest, or like me, can download the app and make an account. The entire event was impossible to improve at any point, and I would fully recommend All Gone; they clearly are a great team.

Really good company, called them out for a wasp nest above our bedroom. Answered the phone straight away on a weekend came out within a few hours and sorted the issue even though the nest was in a very tricky position. They also gave us advice on our mole FOC. I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. He explained everything clearly and answered what must’ve been to him pretty trivial questions. The house smelled amazing afterwards too!

Jamie quickly identified some potential access points (that I would never have thought possible) and a couple of weeks after blocking these off our problem seems to be solved!
