Terry was brilliant from start to finish. The work was carried out professionally with comprehensive advise and a charming dog called Max who expertly found the rat entry points. Following proofing of the property and three visits we could not be happier. Excellent service and half the price of a big national who also quoted us. Highly recommend

Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

I wish we had gone to Terry first for help getting rid of rats. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now. He is incredibly knowledgable and keeps helping and coming back until the problem is fixed. Really reasonable rates. We were actually quoted ten times as much by a different company! Thanks so much.

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

I called, and within an hour Mervyn was outside, 30 mins later the wasp nest was treated. Two days later it is dead. I know the hour' wait was exceptional. I've used Killtech for clients rats, mice, bees and wasp infestations - they are great. No hesitation in recommending.

Great service from Killtech, I couldn’t get through by phone as busy but got a text immediately asking for details. Calling late Friday I expected to see a visit in a week or two but we were visited by 1800! Merv is a master of his craft and a lovely guy to boot. He delivers superb service and excellent advice. He has recently dealt with a problematic hornets nest and then also a wasp nest. Both were done quickly, successfully and at a good price. Also, he’s a lovely guy.

We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! The work was guaranteed, so asked to call back in the next 48 hours if the wasps are still around. This is the second time we've used RPC -- their service is great. With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.
