I called, and within an hour Mervyn was outside, 30 mins later the wasp nest was treated. Two days later it is dead. I know the hour' wait was exceptional. I've used Killtech for clients rats, mice, bees and wasp infestations - they are great. No hesitation in recommending.

Mervyn came round today for what we worried was rats. He was amazing and said it was bats, not rats and gave a whole heap of advice. He does any pest control including wasps, hornets, bees and more. I recommend him very highly.

Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Rob came out as we had a problem with rats in our loft. From the second he arrived he was professional, placid, patient & he knew exactly what he was doing. He talked us through everything to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He took his time & went above & beyond to find the problem. Great prompt service can’t recommend the company enough , so professional and Elzabé knows what she’s doing ! I rang in a panic as I had a rat in my kitchen, Elzabé was there by the afternoon , totally put me at ease . Rodent problem tackled exactly as planned on Peter’s first visit. Rectification with the areas of entry identified and sealed was a great relief and no easy task to complete. Used Martin to identify a bug we were concerned about. He was really fast to respond and come out to see the issue. Luckily he identified it as not being a problem and charged us nothing for his trouble. Very impressed with the service, knowledge and professionalism.

With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!
