I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. We are now mouse free, and following Paul's advice for preventing future infestations. Would highly recommend.

Terri and Dave were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had a carpet beetle problem that was getting worse, and they responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were incredibly thorough with the treatment. Had a wasp nest in the eaves that was getting bigger by the day. Called EradiControl and Terri and Dave came out really quickly. They were both super friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. The nest was dealt with in no time and they made sure it was completely safe before leaving. No more wasps buzzing around, and the whole process was hassle-free. We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. On another occasion, we suspected a flea infestation and sought her expertise. Teri not only addressed our concerns promptly but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to mention how grateful we are for Teri’s willingness to waive the call-out fee during some visits. On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

Emergency call out .... After contacting several other all found on Google and being told can't help till next week or for a few days or will cost over £300 to come out tonight. Being a disabled person at risk of death if stung due to breathing issues. Finding a Queen wasp in January in the bedroom was life threatening. Simon, bless him said he had just gotten home but would be over shortly to deal with my Queen wasp. Life saving service ... I really cannot tell you how difficult my life is just existing, so when something like this happens and you phone countless companies all NOT understanding the situation to find one that does made me burst into tears with relief. At personal risk of my privacy I am doing this review as OUTSTANDING SERVICE really is an understatement. The cost £120 I really cannot recommend this gentleman and his company highly enough and I fear the day he goes into retirement. Thank you so very very much.

I highly recommend BMS Pest Control. I called them during the Christmas period when I heard scratching noises in the loft. Simon was able to book me in and visit within one day. They both did an inspection of the inside and exterior of the house, checking for any ways in. After a few days, the scratches had stopped and Simon came back a week later for a follow-up inspection. So far, no noises can be heard. Great service, highly knowledgeable and at a good price! Thank you!

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. Exceptional service received. I had a wasps nest in my loft unexpectedly and contacted Bug Busters via check a trade. They contacted me on a Sunday evening within 5 minutes and was out my 12pm the next day. Can’t recommend this company enough.
