We had a problem with rats in our garden and gave Peter a ring. He came out first visit and laid bait around various places and under our decking where the little blighters were sheltered. He also put bait down the manhole cover at the side of our house as we had a problem with a block drain and Dynorod said that was caused by rats in the sewer. Peter also checked our loft as my wife thought she heard something up there but found no sign of any rats had been up there. He came back 2 weeks later to check and pick up the bait boxes and we haven't seen any rats since. If you've got a problem with any pest, whether it's rats, mice, or any vermin give them a ring.

Very quickly after contacting Andy “Pest Off”, we agreed an appointment time for him to visit. There were 2 occasions I’ve needed him. He had good knowledge of the wasp and rat problems I have had. Explaining how each had got into the property and how he would deal with them. After the rodents and wasps were baited and powdered respectively, he used good communication and gave instructions about what I needed to do to help the situation and also prevent it from happening again. i.e. Filling holes in the stone walls, checking the bait, etc. He made a follow up appointment to make sure things were sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Andy from “Pest Off” to anyone and using him again myself in the future. 10/10 service.

Superb service from Adam! Managed to get out to see me within 5 hours of my call to him. Fully explained what he had done and what to expect and stressed he'd come out and respray the wasps nest if the initial treatment hadn't fully taken care of it. Fast, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Adam was simply great! He came out quickly due to a suspected bed bug issue and quickly diagnosed that it wasn't actually bed bugs but some other problem. Others may have made customers go ahead with an expensive yet unnecessary treatment, but Adam was honest and we respect and appreciate that.

My family have called upon Emily's services three times over the past couple of years to deal with wasps and rats across two properties. She is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. She has top-notch technologies and skills to ascertain where the pests are getting in, the extent of the issue, and to work out the best solution (including blocking holes etc. to prevent possible future problems occurring). David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Warren is friendly, experienced, courteous and professional. I would recommend him very highly. I hope we won't need him again but I would not hesitate to contact him in the future, should the need arise. Apart from dealing with the carpet beetle infestation we called him out for (the blighters have destroyed a carpet we only bought this year), he gave us free advice about wasps and woodworm. Very reasonable fee, given the equipment and expertise he needs to do the job.
