Exceptional service received. I had a wasps nest in my loft unexpectedly and contacted Bug Busters via check a trade. They contacted me on a Sunday evening within 5 minutes and was out my 12pm the next day. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. We don’t know how we would manage without her excellent service.

We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. Wayne attended our work place to help with a rat problem, he carried out an inspection figured out where the rats were making their way in and set out some traps to prevent this.
