David did a fantastic job with a substantial rat infestation in my mother's back garden in Swanage. Very quick and professional response, going that extra mile to help clear up the problem. Now it is all sorted. Would highly recommend.

An excellent service provided by David to deal with a wasp nest in the garden. He responded to my initial enquiry very promptly and arrived on the same day to treat the problem. The whole procedure was clearly explained to me before it was carried out. I was very impressed with David's professionalism and knowledge and would have no hesitation in recommending the service provided.

Used Martin to identify a bug we were concerned about. He was really fast to respond and come out to see the issue. Luckily he identified it as not being a problem and charged us nothing for his trouble. Very impressed with the service, knowledge and professionalism.

I highly recommend Jonathan , Three Counties. We found a clothes moth issues & contacted him. His initial visit (free) was very informative , no pressure to book anything, and upfront on costs. When he did come to do the treatment, very clear Instructions on what he was doing and how long to vacate house. Jonathan was extremely efficient in solving our rat problem. He was prompt, reliable and kept us fully informed throughout his visits. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us relevant no-nonsense advice going forwards. He was very reassuring and we would not hesitate to use him again.

I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. He explained everything clearly and answered what must’ve been to him pretty trivial questions. The house smelled amazing afterwards too!

Really good company, called them out for a wasp nest above our bedroom. Answered the phone straight away on a weekend came out within a few hours and sorted the issue even though the nest was in a very tricky position. They also gave us advice on our mole FOC. My tenant had a sudden infestation of tiny black bugs on the walls at 3pm, so I called All Gone because I liked the name that clearly offers the solution I was after! I spoke immediately to a very helpful and knowledgeable person Dave, who booked in within less than 24 hours. Jimi attended on the day, texted my tenant to update over traffic hold-ups, and communicated the diagnosis and treatment with me before commencing work. It was undertaken professionally and speedily, and they will come back for free if needed, though it is unheard of. Payment was so simple: a text with a link you can easily pay online as a guest, or like me, can download the app and make an account. The entire event was impossible to improve at any point, and I would fully recommend All Gone; they clearly are a great team.

We highly recommend ALL GONE pest control, we had a wasp nest up near our roof and we needed it dealt with, Jimi came to look at what needed to be done and returned the next day with Paul. Warren is friendly, experienced, courteous and professional. I would recommend him very highly. I hope we won't need him again but I would not hesitate to contact him in the future, should the need arise. Apart from dealing with the carpet beetle infestation we called him out for (the blighters have destroyed a carpet we only bought this year), he gave us free advice about wasps and woodworm. Very reasonable fee, given the equipment and expertise he needs to do the job.

Emergency call out .... After contacting several other all found on Google and being told can't help till next week or for a few days or will cost over £300 to come out tonight. Being a disabled person at risk of death if stung due to breathing issues. Finding a Queen wasp in January in the bedroom was life threatening. Simon, bless him said he had just gotten home but would be over shortly to deal with my Queen wasp. Life saving service ... I really cannot tell you how difficult my life is just existing, so when something like this happens and you phone countless companies all NOT understanding the situation to find one that does made me burst into tears with relief. I highly recommend BMS Pest Control. I called them during the Christmas period when I heard scratching noises in the loft. Simon was able to book me in and visit within one day. They both did an inspection of the inside and exterior of the house, checking for any ways in. After a few days, the scratches had stopped and Simon came back a week later for a follow-up inspection. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment.
