He arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the situation clearly, outlined the treatment plan, and answered all our questions patiently. Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

They came to remove a wasp nest lodged inside the wall of our house and another hornets nest in the back garden tree which after many failed attempts to safely and humanely remove both myself, they handled in one day and we haven’t seen any wasps or hornets again since. I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. He explained everything clearly and answered what must’ve been to him pretty trivial questions. The house smelled amazing afterwards too!

Really good company, called them out for a wasp nest above our bedroom. Answered the phone straight away on a weekend came out within a few hours and sorted the issue even though the nest was in a very tricky position. They also gave us advice on our mole FOC.
