We had a recurring ant issue at home that we have struggled to get to the bottom of. I got in touch with Jonathan who promptly came out and found the source of the issue. Within 24 hours there wasn't an ant in sight. Would highly recommend Jonathan for anyone having a problem with ants!

I highly recommend Jonathan , Three Counties. We found a clothes moth issues & contacted him. His initial visit (free) was very informative , no pressure to book anything, and upfront on costs. When he did come to do the treatment, very clear Instructions on what he was doing and how long to vacate house. I hope we don't need his services again in future (other pests) , but would contact him in a heartbeat if needed. 5* service

Superb service from Adam! Managed to get out to see me within 5 hours of my call to him. Adam was simply great! He came out quickly due to a suspected bed bug issue and quickly diagnosed that it wasn't actually bed bugs but some other problem. Others may have made customers go ahead with an expensive yet unnecessary treatment, but Adam was honest and we respect and appreciate that.

Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided

Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. Rob inspected the whole property and pointed out potential points of access for mice. He was very understanding of my mum's real fear of rodents and handled the inspection discretely. Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. If you have any need for pest control services then Terry is the only contact you need! Our problem is now resolved at a really reasonable price :)
