Moved into our new house and found we had rats found platinum pest control on Google and messaged chris who come out promptly. very friendly and knowledgeable fantastic service would 100% recommend

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Chris. We had a problem with starlings getting into and nesting in our loft and Chris' expertise identified where they were getting in and what needed to be done to prevent them. Amongst other measures, he installed bird mesh around the outside of the roof and we haven't see the birds since! We also have a few air-vents in the house walls that we suspected could be points of entry for vermin and other pests and Chris was able to advise and rectify this issue as well. We agree with other reviewers that Chris is friendly and courteous and provides a professional service at a reasonable price. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.

Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Paul was absolutely brilliant and has helped solve a rat problem in our property. Gave us lots of advice, even gave us a push on his 2nd visit to ensure we get some of his recommendations carried out, which was exactly the push we needed! Kieran has been nothing short of amazing with his treatment on my house. My dog has been suffering with flea’s for what feels like a lifetime. After wasting money on DIY remedies I thought I would never get rid of the problem. However, after two visits I have not seen one flea since. It has absolutely lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company, so honest and helpful. Unfortunately 😱 we have had to use them in two houses and they have been amazing. First house was dealt with completely successfully. Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!
