Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. We are now mouse free, and following Paul's advice for preventing future infestations. Would highly recommend.

What brilliant service! After hearing scurrying noises in the loft I contacted SCPC and Frank came out the next day, and carried out a thorough survey of my roof space and drains. I could not recommend him more highly.

I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. Jane came the same day we contacted her after we had seen a rat in our house. She was clearly knowledgeable, placed bait traps and informed us on other actions we could take to ensure the problem didn’t reoccur. Her fee was reasonable.

The lady from Bug Busters is knowledgeable and gives one confidence that she can solve the problem of a wasp infestation near a chimney stack. She came around a few hours after I called. Would totally recommend this company.

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. We don’t know how we would manage without her excellent service.

Exceptional service received. I had a wasps nest in my loft unexpectedly and contacted Bug Busters via check a trade. They contacted me on a Sunday evening within 5 minutes and was out my 12pm the next day. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Simon arrived when he stated he would, quickly assessed the situation and dispatched our problem wasp nest immediately. All done for a very reasonable price. Emergency call out .... After contacting several other all found on Google and being told can't help till next week or for a few days or will cost over £300 to come out tonight. Being a disabled person at risk of death if stung due to breathing issues. Finding a Queen wasp in January in the bedroom was life threatening. Simon, bless him said he had just gotten home but would be over shortly to deal with my Queen wasp. Life saving service ... I really cannot tell you how difficult my life is just existing, so when something like this happens and you phone countless companies all NOT understanding the situation to find one that does made me burst into tears with relief. At personal risk of my privacy I am doing this review as OUTSTANDING SERVICE really is an understatement. The cost £120 I really cannot recommend this gentleman and his company highly enough and I fear the day he goes into retirement. Thank you so very very much.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

I wish we had gone to Terry first for help getting rid of rats. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now. He is incredibly knowledgable and keeps helping and coming back until the problem is fixed. Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. If you have any need for pest control services then Terry is the only contact you need! Our problem is now resolved at a really reasonable price :)

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.
