David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.

We’ve used Somerset Pest Solutions twice in the last 12 months for 2 separate issues. Both times they were very thorough and diligent to find out where the pests were getting in, they treated the problem, were very reassuring and made sure the issue was resolved before finishing the job. Joe was also always available on the phone if we had a questions. Would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone who has an unfortunate problem with pests!

Fast efficient service. I am allergic to bee/wasp stings and after finding a wasps nest in my hedge, I called Joe and he squeezed me in between jobs, as it was urgent for me to have the wasps eliminated asap. Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. Rob inspected the whole property and pointed out potential points of access for mice. He was very understanding of my mum's real fear of rodents and handled the inspection discretely. I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. Very quickly after contacting Andy “Pest Off”, we agreed an appointment time for him to visit. There were 2 occasions I’ve needed him. He had good knowledge of the wasp and rat problems I have had. Explaining how each had got into the property and how he would deal with them. After the rodents and wasps were baited and powdered respectively, he used good communication and gave instructions about what I needed to do to help the situation and also prevent it from happening again. i.e. Filling holes in the stone walls, checking the bait, etc. He made a follow up appointment to make sure things were sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Andy from “Pest Off” to anyone and using him again myself in the future. 10/10 service.
