Ashley and team have come to the rescue on a number of occasions, dealing with barn rodents or bees that have taken up residence in the roof or building walls. They are prompt, thoroughly professional and with good results. Bees are safely extracted and re-homed with bee-keepers. Highly recommend.

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. Very quickly after contacting Andy “Pest Off”, we agreed an appointment time for him to visit. There were 2 occasions I’ve needed him. He had good knowledge of the wasp and rat problems I have had. Explaining how each had got into the property and how he would deal with them. After the rodents and wasps were baited and powdered respectively, he used good communication and gave instructions about what I needed to do to help the situation and also prevent it from happening again. i.e. Filling holes in the stone walls, checking the bait, etc. He made a follow up appointment to make sure things were sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Andy from “Pest Off” to anyone and using him again myself in the future. 10/10 service.

Our next door neighbours used this guy ( Andy ) because they thought they had a snake problem! It was slow worms lol. Andy explained to them that are protected and harmless. A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! He arrived early afternoon, listened carefully about our wasp problem, didn't find any nest where I indicated, but he then walked our back garden boundary and found the nest causing the problem. Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice. Fast efficient service. I am allergic to bee/wasp stings and after finding a wasps nest in my hedge, I called Joe and he squeezed me in between jobs, as it was urgent for me to have the wasps eliminated asap. Warren is friendly, experienced, courteous and professional. I would recommend him very highly. I hope we won't need him again but I would not hesitate to contact him in the future, should the need arise. Apart from dealing with the carpet beetle infestation we called him out for (the blighters have destroyed a carpet we only bought this year), he gave us free advice about wasps and woodworm. Very reasonable fee, given the equipment and expertise he needs to do the job.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade.
