Warren is friendly, experienced, courteous and professional. I would recommend him very highly. I hope we won't need him again but I would not hesitate to contact him in the future, should the need arise. Apart from dealing with the carpet beetle infestation we called him out for (the blighters have destroyed a carpet we only bought this year), he gave us free advice about wasps and woodworm. Very reasonable fee, given the equipment and expertise he needs to do the job.

Great service, Warren responded to my message during the Christmas period while he was closed and still came out the following day. He has always kept us upto date and come to the house to check that the problem was in hand. Offered loads of advice and recommendations on how we would solve our issue. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve used Somerset Pest Solutions twice in the last 12 months for 2 separate issues. Both times they were very thorough and diligent to find out where the pests were getting in, they treated the problem, were very reassuring and made sure the issue was resolved before finishing the job. Joe was also always available on the phone if we had a questions. Would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone who has an unfortunate problem with pests!

Fast efficient service. I am allergic to bee/wasp stings and after finding a wasps nest in my hedge, I called Joe and he squeezed me in between jobs, as it was urgent for me to have the wasps eliminated asap. Job completed within an hour from my call! Very grateful and all done at a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Superb service, had an extremely quick response as to a query regarding a potential wasp nest u see a floor. A quick but thorougher investors to a decision being made to fumigate vi and air brick outside of the property and the wasp issues were resolved. They was even time given to show and tell different wasps to our grandchild which has made her more interested in wasps and bees and less concerned. I can decoy them enough. A**
