We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. On another occasion, we suspected a flea infestation and sought her expertise. Teri not only addressed our concerns promptly but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to mention how grateful we are for Teri’s willingness to waive the call-out fee during some visits. This gesture truly exemplifies her customer-service-oriented approach, and it highlighted her commitment to making this experience as smooth as possible for us. Throughout her visits, Teri has always been punctual and highly professional. Additionally, her attentiveness to the safety of our pets has been greatly appreciated; she consistently ensured that they were either out of the house or safely accommodated prior to applying any chemicals. We are delighted with the results and the care she has shown.

Had a wasp nest in the eaves that was getting bigger by the day. Called EradiControl and Terri and Dave came out really quickly. They were both super friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. The nest was dealt with in no time and they made sure it was completely safe before leaving. No more wasps buzzing around, and the whole process was hassle-free. Great local company with brilliant service — I’d definitely call them again if I ever needed pest control.

I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. We recently experienced a rat infestation in our home due to the cold weather and were extremely stressed. We contacted Paul, and he was incredibly responsive. On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. Rob inspected the whole property and pointed out potential points of access for mice. He was very understanding of my mum's real fear of rodents and handled the inspection discretely. Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided

Adam was simply great! He came out quickly due to a suspected bed bug issue and quickly diagnosed that it wasn't actually bed bugs but some other problem. Others may have made customers go ahead with an expensive yet unnecessary treatment, but Adam was honest and we respect and appreciate that.

Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice.
