Just had some help from Guy today, regarding a problem with my exhaust and was blown away by the lengths he went to to help me. Did the research I needed, found the part, ordered it and got it in within a few hours and then explained to me exactly how to fit it. Absolutely the best Audi VW specialist garage in the southwest of UK. I run a VW Transporter and they have carried out all types of work for me to a very high standard, on time and as cost effectively as possible. I have recieved better service at M-Tech than at a VW main service centre.

Honest and.straight forward service. Just round the corner as well. They will let you know what needs to be done as well so you can prepare in advance and then book in. They are efficient too. Quick service on tyre changes. You feel like you can drop in by if you have a concern with your vehicle. That's very important to me.

The guys here are brilliant, really helpful and friendly. The service is excellent and they're always happy to give advice when I've had to ask for it. I have only praise to give to Fairview. They brought a car back to life that had been sitting on our driveway for over a year, and I really thought it was heading for the scrap heap. They didn't give up on it - even towing it from our house to their garage. They fixed it keeping the price as competitive as they could, and we have our car back again, in excellent working order, for a fraction of the cost of buying a second hand one. I am a very satisfied and grateful customer!

Explained the problem after assessing, sent an estimate which I accepted. My car was collected for the work to be done, on returning it was explained that the job had taken longer that expected a full explaination given. I was happy with the final invoice. A very helpful team only to willing to help.

I have always received excellent service from Cooks Garage, but recently they excelled themselves. My vehicle was with them for it's annual MOT test and service, when a third party's van swiped it and then drove off. The damage was pointed out to me when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, and within two weeks they had arranged for the damage to be repaired at no cost to me, including driving it to and from the body shop for the respray. The not insubstantial cost was entirely borne by Cooks Garage even though they were unable to recoup anything from the third party. I cannot praise them highly enough, and it is so refreshing to find a business which shows such honesty and integrity. Thank you!

I typically use a main dealer for servicing for my car, however they had recently let me down at last minute and managed to get an appointment with DCM in Shaftesbury. I entered their reception area (bright and airy) and was met by their front desk staff in a very friendly manner. I was offered a hot drink whilst I waited. When the service was complete, the engineer didn't just disappear, they actually stayed to chat about what they had completed, before handing over the the front desk staff. I will have no hesitation in using DCM in the future!

Brilliant service. I rang about getting a new battery for my daughter’s car on Monday. They called back with a price within 10 minutes. It was fitted 36 hours later, the earliest convenient time for us.

Having been unwell with the flu I explained that my hearing has been affected and I couldn't hear very well at all!!!!! the service receptionist was very understanding, helpful and patient ensuring I understood what was happening with my car, keeping me updated on progress.
