I have used this company regularly for the last 4 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are friendly, efficient and excellent service. As an O A P and on my own I always feel that I get the best possible service I can get. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Tyre pressure warning light came on as we were driving to the Dorset coast. Pulled in at Kittwhistle Garage to have a look. One tyre did look a little low on pressure. Spoke to the receptionist and she called the mechanic who very kindly checked all tyre pressures and topped up the slightly low one. Suggested we monitor it for the next few days, but he couldn't see anything obviously wrong. Very helpful and friendly, wouldn't take any money for his time. Highly recommend this garage.

We had family members visiting for Christmas and one of their cars had an engine light come on. After phoning around several local garages Kittwhistle said they could help the same day. Within 10 minutes the problem was diagnosed and explained and our minds were put to rest. Kittwhistle would take no money for their help. I contacted Danny at library road garage on a Sunday of all days and sent him a video of the noise my car was making, he responded within the hour and knew what the problem was straight away and had me booked in the next day with sorting the problem out within a couple hours. Very friendly, knowledgeable and doesn’t rip you off. Highly recommended.

My first time using this garage, after a recommendation. Very impressed with Danny and James. Quick to answer my initial call and I received a call back with the estimate in 15minutes. Despite being fully booked they understood the clutch replacement in my Hilux was of high importance to my business operations and managed to complete it within 24 hours of the vehicle being dropped in. I have previously used a main Toyota dealer for my Hilux maintenance. However after using Library Road garage, I will likely take all of our business vehicles here in the future.

I discovered this garage by chance and read all the glowing reviews! My car battery had died and recovery said Id need a new one. I called up as soon they opened to see if they can fit me in for a new battery. Danny was so lovely and told me to come along. Car was running lumpy with engine light flashing. I called Tony and he advised what issue was straight away. He managed to fit me in the next day and fixed my car for half the price I was originally quoted by another high street retailer/mechanic brand. Will definitely go back to Tony again

Excellent service, phoned with suspected broken drive shaft on the much needed work van , it was replaced, including the brake pads within 24 hours, even though he was super busy !! At a very reasonable cost , I have booked in for a service as I was so happy with the outcome.

My van went in yesterday and came out like new. The drive and sound is amazing in comparison. Honest advice and good work done to a high standard. No faffing. Honestly the best mechanic I have ever had work on my van and would highly recommend.

Total lifesavers! Van was out of action with a serious coolant leak in an inaccessible place (needed hours of stripping back to reach it).
