This garage and the staff are THE BEST hands down. I think this is the only garage I've ever been to where I can honestly say I trust them to do a great job. They are resourceful, very knowledgeable and will do everything they can to do a very high quality and well priced job. They have done some big jobs for me like the valve stem seals on my 6 series and have fixed issues in days, that other garages have pondered on for weeks. They've fully checked over my car before I drove it to germany and thrashed it round the Nurburgring, with no issues! On a 20 year old car on 80k miles! The only bad experience I ever had was when they were fully booked and I had to take my car to a different garage. I cannot recommend this garage enough. Book well in advance, they are unsurprisingly very busy. I will never take my BMW anywhere else. If you have a performance car too you should be bringing it here

I recently used Burch to service my BMW M4 Competition, I have used BMW in the past and find them disinterested in looking after my pride and joys, so I thought I would use an independant who reply on customers as their bread and butter, I am glad I chose Burch as they have attention to detail and know what they are talking about, and I will continue to use them both for the M4 and my wife's BMW M140i

They only do work that is needed and will never rip you off. They are a fantastic garage and glad I found them I will definitely be using in the future as well as all my family members.

I knew they would not be able to fit me in straight away for repair but I needed to know if it was still ok to drive my car for the weekend as had an important trip planned. So impressed with the customer service-completely forgot my MOT was due and called on the day- they managed to fit me in for MOT and a service that day. Even stayed open later than closing time for me to come and get my car. Very reasonable prices, would 100% recommend.

This garage went above and beyond when my clutch went on Sunday afternoon. I had my brother’s funeral on Monday and they had my car fixed in time for me to drive back to Croydon on Tuesday morning. I cannot thank them enough.

He clearly remembers all of the cars I have bought too. Servicing is always quick and efficient and the car is returned cleaned and vacuumed. Highly recommended.

Always a good experience at the Mazda dealership. The staff are very professional and explain everything in good detail. My Mazda has been a brilliant car having had it for 8 years now. Really nice friendly local garage. I have an Infinity car which is basically Nissan, but they couldn’t find a part I needed. So I bought it on eBay for £30 and they fitted it plus fixed my brake and a few issues to get through the MOT and only charged £150 odd. I was very presently surprised and was expecting allot more considering the mot cost plus labour. They did my mot last year with no issues. Definitely trust worthy and my go to garage.

When I first went in to see my beloved car spread across the workshop floor, I did wonder whether it should have gone to the main dealer, but I've used Wessex for a few years now and never had any problems. It's fair to say that At 90odd thousand miles there has been a bit of 'touching one thing broke the next' but to be fair, Chris has never quibbled about sorting things out. Thanks again all

I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. The whole team are extremely diligent and friendly. They go out of their way to get help you, and the lady on reception is super efficient so you always know what is going on. Every time we have used this garage they have been super helpful, super efficient and very friendly. No job is too big or small and they are really reasonable too. My family have been coming to this garage for the last few years. This year my daughter's old Golf needed a mountain of work done to it to get it back on the road after standing for over a year. I thought it would not be economical to repair and fully expected the garage not to want to do it . But Chris and his team were really positive about the repair and got it back on the road in no time for an affordable price. Last week I took my car there for it's normal service and it was found to have a major fault with the suspension, both front road springs had broken. They fixed the car and carried out the service that same day, again at a very reasonable price. I need my car for my job so I was very grateful to get it back that same day. Chris went out of his way to make that happen. It is so nice, in this day and age, to have a garage that I can trust implicitly and are so pleasant to deal with.

I would recommend Horizon Honda Christchurch to friends and family because the service I received was great. Graeme kept me up to date via email with every step as we weren't from Christchurch but further away in Swindon. On collection day they kindly picked us up from the train station. Perfect service and even a bouquet of flowers. Any questions I had since have been answered swiftly. Brilliant service from Graeme and Honda.

Having had a very bad experience with a main dealer elsewhere, it was a leap of faith to put my trust in a Honda dealer again. Andrew (in Service) was understanding, helpful and didn't let me down. My car failed MOT, but Andrew sorted the rectifications required with due regard for my limited budget. My Jazz will return in April for a Honda recall & will be serviced then too.
