Having had a very bad experience with a main dealer elsewhere, it was a leap of faith to put my trust in a Honda dealer again. Andrew (in Service) was understanding, helpful and didn't let me down. My car failed MOT, but Andrew sorted the rectifications required with due regard for my limited budget. My Jazz will return in April for a Honda recall & will be serviced then too. A really good experience and a personal service reminiscent of the family garage that used to look after classic Mini years ago. Thank you Andrew & the team :)

My first experience having work carried out by Horizon Honda in Christchurch. Everything was explained and costs given. All staff very easy to communicate with and helpful. Full details of work carried out on the invoice and final cost was half the amount expected. So different to my experience with the Honda Service Centre in Brockenhurst. Graeme kept me up to date via email with every step as we weren't from Christchurch but further away in Swindon. On collection day they kindly picked us up from the train station.
