Liam has just replaced a bathroom extractor fan for me and having been guided by the other reviews, I concur completely with all the positive comments. Very reliable, uber professional, uber neat and competitive rates. Liam is a top class electrician and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him, he has done various jobs at our house from fitting a cctv system, kitchen work to lots of garage and outdoor electrical work and all of it has been first class.

We've done a lot of glamping in the UK, and found this independent site to be up there with the best. The hosts were fantastic, the accommodation extremely comfortable and the facilities among the best. Bonus points for the best outdoor hot tub we've had.

Beautiful. Lovely part of the countryside and the owners are lovely friendly people. This is not your typical b&b, there is a great atmosphere and lots of history just scattered about. They restore some amazing classic cars nearby so if your into that then you won't get bored. The location is great and central to lots of interesting places to visit around Dorset.

Tim and Lucy are excellent hosts and really look after you while staying. We had the shepherds huts in their big open field and all of the family really enjoyed it. Very comfy and the old silo barbecue is excellent. Wonderful to see the kids interact with the animals and just be free for a few days. Great place for a break.

I've used Dorset Electrical many time, from simple light switch change to a complete loft rewire. Always on time, tidy and professional. Good advice always given and never any issues with the work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any electrical work.

Yup, the good reviews are on point. Gavin & his team did a full rewire of my house, and every aspect of working with him was A1. Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.

I have used Gavin and his team for some outside lighting installation on an Aircraft Hangar at Bournemouth Airport which I am very satisfied with. Dorset Electrical are an excellent choice for industrial electrical installation requirements. Vincent has been my Electrician of choice since I became a Landlord, helping get my properties up to NIRC. He is reliable, a local Electrician, charges competitive rates and offers a no fuss service seemingly making every job a breeze for his customer's giving him a well earned 5 stars in my book. Recent jobs 2 ceiling fan replacements including building the things, and getting the hot water to heat up again in another property very quickly to the delight of the tenants.

Vincent was brilliant from start to finish. Super speedy arrival which was the most helpful thing when our whole home went down without power. Vincent talked us through the problems and then resolved them all for us swiftly and perfectly. We can't thank him enough. The price was brilliant too. Friendly and unusual A combination of florist, cafe, and interiors shop done very well. Excellent coffee and pastries surrounded by contemporary floristry with incredibly friendly staff. They act like they love their job and enjoy serving you. Had iced coffees, a selection of cakes/flapjacks and bought a baguette for later. Went back the next morning to pick up pastries for breakfast. All excellent.

We have called in here several times for lunch whist visiting Shaftesbury. The food is always well presented and delicious. Friendly, prompt service and attractive surroundings. Dog friendly too which is always a bonus for us.

The food was delicious, lovely atmosphere and were able to offer most options gluten free. We had the avo halloumi with chilli jam and it was perfection - ( small kitchen area so chance of cross contamination but they knew what they were doing so I felt safe to eat) my daughter had the kids snack box which was brilliant and made her feet kick (she loves her food) definately will be back

Everything taste amazing! Huge selection of cakes, specialty coffees, proper pies, but also salads and lighter fare. We had the chicken, ham and leek pie with reduced red wine onion gravy, lime and blueberry and maple, pumpkin and chai cakes. But it was very difficult to choose off the menu. The atmosphere is quaint and cosy with plenty of seating and happy, warm people on staff to serve. You’d be crazy not to stop here when in Shaftesbury!

If you would like to have a delicious variety of food and desserts wrapped in a dog friendly welcoming, relaxed atmosphere topped with an amazing customer service - this is the perfect place! The also have Vegan and Gluten free options :-) We were served by Renata (the owner) , a lovely woman that definitely understands the importance of having the knowledge of the ingredients in the different dishes and the attention coffee beans needs to be able to produce the perfect cup of coffee. We highly recommend to give the King Alfred’s kitchen a visit as it’s 5* in every way!!!

Really lovely tiny wee place. I'monly 5'1" so was able to 'just' walk easily through the door into the downstairs area, but my taller friend had to really duck,until we sat down 😆. Perfect coffee made just the way I asked (twice.. we were in there chatting for 2hrs!)... and then we went back again for lunch! The food was awesome.

THE MOST INCREDIBLE CAKES AND DRINKS!!!!!! The atmosphere is super cute and cosy, very relaxing but the cakes and drinks are to die for!!! Definitely 100% a must visit!!!! The food looked really yummy too, next time we visit we will definitely be having lunch here too
