Needed an emergency call out. Got home on Sunday evening to realise I had no power on my sockets in my house, did all the usual checks on the RCD, I couldn't figure out what was causing it, but our house had been rewired only 4 years ago (not by southern electrical services) but didn't think there would be a problem. Gave Jonathan a call. He was very good at problem solving over the phone to see if we could shortlist it to a number of issues, in the end we determined we needed him to come over and look. He was very pragmatic took care around the home, explained the reasons behind the outage, which was traced back to a fault in the wiring in the wall which we would never have found ourselves in a million years. He managed to isolate it and get us back on so we can run the household without the need for the one plug that was causing us the issue... Relief! I'd highly recommend Jonathan, did a great job. Very pleased.

I had an electrical outage. My Internet, fridge, and all appliances were out. I called for the emergency call out service and the electrician offered to help me. I sent him a photo of my mains and he was able to walk me through the issue over the phone. Great service, would definitely recommend.

This service has been run by Jonathan for 37 years now! He is courteous, helpful, and proficient. And If you call him he will endeavour to talk through with you any issues you may have, which could well save you money!! I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Southern Electrics!!

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

Terry recently undertook the task of bringing power from our house to our external office/work space. He also wired it along with the installation of led ceiling lights and a number of sockets and switches. He also installed the associated earthing rods. In addition we asked for some help with regard to wiring our internet from the house to the new space. Terry was happy to carry out the additional work. At all times Terry was communicative, tidy and professional in the work he’s carried out for us. We were very happy with the service provided. Would use again and would happily recommend to others.

Terry did some work for us at our holiday cottage. We found him to be very accommodating and trustworthy, which was essential as he needed to be in the house alone. He also identified a fault on the electrical circuit he was originally working on and after being told that to find the fault could take anything from an hour to a day to find, we were worried about the bill we could potentially receive. The bill was very reasonable and this was another demonstration of how fair and trustworthy he is. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! I started seeing Dr Manish Chitnis at Dental Concepts as I wished to have my teeth straightened by Invisalign which is a service not offered by my regular dentist. The straightening of my teeth has taken around 17 months to complete as Dr Manish and I wanted to achieve the best outcome possible. Dr Manish also performed root canal treatment on a problematical tooth which later needed to be removed. Whenever I have requested to see him for any reason, even in an emergency when I had an abscess, he has been accommodating in fitting me in with an appointment. Dr Manish's dental nurse Elllie is always cheerful, friendly and helpful and is always able to put me at ease when I am feeling anxious. I would highly recommend this practice.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating. I had to get my top two wisdom teeth removed and I am terrified of needles and the pain when injecting the anaesthetic, and they all walked me through it and made me feel at ease, and the extraction was also really easy and straightforward. 10/10 definitely recommend, my whole family goes here and we always have amazing experiences!

I was faced with a dental emergency when my crown suddenly came loose, heightened by my concerns about a potential gum infection that I'd been grappling with. Fortunately, I crossed paths with Dr. Manish and his dedicated team, and from that point onwards, I knew I was in capable hands. Have recently had a back tooth root removed and an implant fitted by Dr Manish and his team at Dental Concepts. Was somewhat nervous beforehand but needn't have worried. The whole process was just so professional. The tooth root was removed and the implant fitted in the same 1 hour session with no pain at all during treatment and in the days after. The CT scan a week ahead of treatment enabled a template for the implant position to be made ensuring accuracy for the drilling. A couple of stitches were used where the root was removed and the gum is healing perfectly. The implant post and crown will be fitted in January to give the gum time to fully heal. Great job so far and will update review after my crown is fitted.

Fabulous electrician, Great Friendly service and amazing attention to detail. Earlier this year (2024) Lawrence replaced my fuse board in my shop. He also cut down the amount of circuits that were in my shop from 8 to 4, as there was circuits that were not being used. So they got stripped out. Professionalism was outstanding. Thank you.
