Rob has done a number of awkward works for us over the last year. He's a great communicator, and went above and beyond to create solutions for some tricky issues with our G2 listed property, which others couldn't figure out. He's always on time, cleans up at end of day, professional, and checks with us if he's found a better, or better value, alternative for the work we had in mind. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Lovely electricians, managed to squeeze me in last minute after I was let down by another local company. I needed the lights and the extractor fan in my new teeny downstairs toilet to be connected before building regs could be signed off, and it was done the very next day with no fuss. They also added new sockets to my utility room as I couldn't use the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time with the old ones that were already in place, as the lights all tripped. The guys were clean and tidied up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when the next stage of renovations start. Thanks

Really pleased with the work that RN Stephenson has done for us including board checks, new outdoor lights and sockets, new light fittings inside and a callout when our fusebox went one evening. I have used Gavin and his team for some outside lighting installation on an Aircraft Hangar at Bournemouth Airport which I am very satisfied with. Great find! We popped in for a late lunch. We had the classic croque and it was delicious. A great combination of flavours with a lovely dressed side salad and home made coleslaw. A really great cup of coffee too. My sons vanilla milkshake was overflowing with cream and sauce topping! Friendly staff and swift service. Nice clean toilets too. Only slight downside if there is one was that there are a few steps up to the front door which could possibly be an issue for a few customers. Highly recommended café.

The service was great and the guys are friendly and polite. The coffee was very good, the cafe is very clean and the loo is spotless, I did see the kitchen as someone came out, spotless (yes I’m nosey!) I had the Welsh rarebit I like a stronger cheese and my toast was cold, this is a personal thing, they did ask if it was ok and I said yes! Would I go back yes, would I recommend yes . Would I have Welsh rarebit again no ! The ice cream is delicious and would definitely have again.

An absolutely outstanding service from Chris and his two electricians. They worked on our house when we were away completing the tasks in the time that was arranged. How they managed to run wires/cables on coving and behind skirting boards was a marvel. They put all the furniture back in its place and left us with no mess to tidy up. We were expecting to have to plaster and decorate however this was not necessary. The two electricians who carried out the job even looked after our cat in our absence. Very highly recommended. Had an electrical problem on a Sunday morning. Stubbs came highly recommended by a friend. Left a message and received call within minutes (none of the other companies returned my calls) Problem dealt with efficiently and professionally. Whilst I was away on holiday I rang Ricky Stubbs (owner/ partner) he not only arranged the work to be done, he was there unbelievably quick and turned up when he said and completed the work to an excellent standard. The client even told me of her gratitude and was very glad to have the issues sorted so promptly. I will be using Chris Stubbs and son again for sure. Very reliable and friendly.

During a recent storm, I had a full power outage. Ricky responded quickly and came out to fix the problem. He was professional and nothing was too much trouble despite it being late on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend him and the company enough.

We knew the panels were not serviced or cleaned since installed 10 years ago (2013) We reached out to DES Ltd who completed a full service and cleaning service. Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

My god, this is a find. My husband loved the breakfast wrap and I had the biggest most tasty salad ever, you basically pick from a list to make your perfect salad. It's in an odd place, in an industrial estate, but once you're inside, the atmosphere and layout makes you feel you're in a farm shop. Gentle music, comfy well spaced tables. We will definitely make this a regular visit and add it to our "places" for lunch or coffee and cake.

Had some lovely food here after browsing in the Grainstore emporium. A good selection of homemade cakes and hot drinks, with hot food on offer too. I had the vegan breakfast wrap which I can definitely recommend.

Stopped here unexpectedly for brunch. Ordered meaty breakfast wrap and bacon sandwich and 2 coffees. Asked for bacon to be well done and no problem. Everything came out beautifully cooked and very tasty. Only let down were 2 families who deemed it totally acceptable to let their young children run around screaming whilst everyone else was trying to enjoy a nice brunch. Totally ignorant.

So I have been going to the pantry for a few years now, I can honestly say in all that time I have never had a bad meal, not even a mediocre meal, every one has been top notch, at work we see this as the place to go at lunch, pricing is reasonable, for example I have just had a full English, sausage bacon beans mushroom egg toast with a pot of tea for under £10, great value but all good quality local products. It is the place to go

I was delighted with the quality of service provided. James helped connect a new electric towel heater and install an external socket at my home. Great job, very thorough and efficient.
