Absolutely brilliant team here - I felt so nervous returning to the dentist after many years, but everyone at the Shaftesbury practice made me feel at ease and have continued to demonstrate the best service possible throughout my care. Massive thanks to Louis Fisher, who has taken care of my teeth since, and the reception team, including Trudy and Eleanor, who have helped me out with other aspects of my experience there. Can't recommend enough!

The best dental practice I've ever experienced. Friendly, helpful and professional. Just been to see Sat the hygienist for the first time - what an amazing experience after a very traumatic one at another dentist which had put me off ever going. It was a revelation! Thank you Sat!

I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

We brought a house with 12 solar panels just over a month ago. We knew the panels were not serviced or cleaned since installed 10 years ago (2013) We reached out to DES Ltd who completed a full service and cleaning service. A great service from Justin and his business partner, from the inital visit to us, they listened to our ideas and also provided us with their ideas through their experience, which all came together for our renovation work which included relocation of lights, light switches and under groundcable installation, they took the stress out of everything, they turn up when they said they would, carried out the work in a tidy and professional manner and were super responsive to my questions and ideas. I had an issue with my electric sockets in my house which happened over night and I was having an issue to find the cause/source for the problem. After long day at work it was challenge to get some one to come around to fix. I "googled" found this SES LTD. When called spoken to Jonathan who patiently listened to my story and explanation of events and what I tried so far. He kindly gave me some further guidance and advice what else to try and after 2 more calls over the next 20 min we found the cause. Jonathan does not know me and I didn't know him, however he treated me like he is just a friend who would happily to help out when needed. He didn't even ask for money. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Lovely place to stay. Food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The one thing that I would of appreciated (as an older lady) would of been a bath mat in a very slippy bath. Fabulous, would certainly visit again.

The staff at Yalbury Cottage consistently went out of their way to be friendly and did everything possible to ensure our stay was exceptional. The room exceeded my expectations significantly, with its stunning and unique view. We truly felt as if we were at home, but in a setting with beautiful new scenery. Situated in Dorchester, Yalbury Cottage offers a perfect base to explore the area and nearby cities such as Weymouth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, have recommended this place to others, and will continue to do so. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotlessly and well-organised. Additionally, the thoughtful touch of leaving brownies in our room upon arrival exemplifies their dedication to Yalbury Cottage and their commitment to providing each guest with an exceptional experience. I personally can't wait to return to this charming cottage for another uniquely wonderful stay.

I manage a Lettings agency in Central Salisbury and Nick is our go-to electrician.
