Lovely breakfast. I'm no food snob but you can tell quality ingredients in a fry-up. My photo might look a bit tomato heavy (yum) but I asked to swap out the mushrooms (yuk) which was no problem. Good service and very friendly staff. Lots of interesting bikes to look at too.

It's a nice clean cafe with a difference. It's full of motorbikes, but this doesn't stop a wide spectrum of people using it, from senior ladies having brunch to bikers all getting on well together, the service and food is great aswell. Fully enjoyed my stop there.

Just a quick coffee stop to the new look Cafe...much more space now in the showroom space, so now can easily seat larger groups. Lots of different areas to be seated in..staff are very friendly and helpful and the food and drink are always great at very reasonable prices... always on my list of favourites for a ride, coffee or breakfast..👍

Lovely breakfast and initial service let down sadly when we asked for additional hot drinks to be told by the young man waiter it would take ages to make them so we didn’t bother. Been a while since we’ve been here and may be a while until we come back again after today sadly.

Mixed experience at The Old Brewery. The service was very good, quick and friendly and the coffee was good although the large Americano seemed to be just a single shot with extra water rather than 2 shots (it wasn’t very strong). The Brewery breakfast tasted really good for something which came too quickly to have been cooked to order and unfortunately this was evident with the eggs in particular which looked like they had been sitting under heat lamps for a while. Overall the quality of the food was very good just a shame it wasn’t cooked to order.

The inverter and battery were installed in a purpose-built outside store complete with insulation, air flow, and fully compliant to the installation requirements of the equipment manufacturer. A new coffee shop on the block. The atmosphere is very friendly, music set at just the right level as if on your own you can listen to the music while relaxing and groups of friends can easily hear each other without having to compete with background music. Prices are very competitive and the coffee is great. I didn't give a rating for the food as I didn't have any on this visit, but it is well priced with a good selection.

This delightful cafe was recommended by another local retailer that we came to visit specifically. What a super recommendation it was. A very pleasant, light airy cafe selling homemade cakes and sandwiches. A very good cup of tea to accompany the cake too. What more could you ask for the start of a week off. Thoroughly recommend it

It is great to see a proper cafe in Gillingham with a delicious cake (pretzel brownie, cherry brownie). The coffee is really good, the staff are lovely and friendly. A wonderful place to spend time with friends or family. So pleased Gillingham has this cafe! Very reasonable prices for cake!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Dog House. Visited here a few days before Christmas with our next door neighbours for something to eat and a few drinks. Loved the decor and ambience of the establishment. Its an olde world feel to the place but with modern twist. Staff very welcoming and friendly whilst being unobtrusive. The food was so good and was served promptly too. Can't recommend this place enough and ŵe will definitely be back. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

’The Dog house’ A local pub that has got it so right! Simple ‘locally sourced’ fresh food cooked as you order!!! (Large Fire oven cooked) and ALL healthy and tasty! Yes! Yes! Yes! ‘IF’ Your like hubby and I and Love Fresh local produce, cooked on a rather large fire oven/grill ‘bespoke handmade’ and using natural fresh herbs plus Spices and fresh salad and veg! Then try ‘The Dog House’ Dorset,in Gill ! Going to go again Sat with close friends coming for the day (tried it out last night beforehand) and will go again with close friends in Mere and another friend Trudie Maidment , yes Trudie it’s lovely we must go soon! So many dishes you all share at the table as each dish comes out as freshly cooked. Delicious food, fabulous service and a lovely atmosphere. The food is cooked over fire and is superb - I had the bavette steak which was cooked to perfection. We had a selection of sides and the Hisbi cabbage is highly recommended. With fire cooking the food is cooked to temperature not to time so all the main courses don’t arrive at the same time - not a problem just keep nibbling on the lovely side dishes. Will be back!!

We were visiting for the weekend from Portsmouth and we fell in love with this hidden Gem. The food was beautiful, some of the best pork belly I have ever tasted as well as the quirkiness of this pub which is divine. 10/10… if only you were closer we would be here all the time but it was perfect.

Had the most amazing evening at the newly opened Osip. From the time we entered , the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The tasting menu was creative and delicious and every course was a delight. The service was impeccable and delivered with such enthusiasm. All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and Millie in particular was fabulous. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. Can’t wait to go back.

We brought a house with 12 solar panels just over a month ago. We knew the panels were not serviced or cleaned since installed 10 years ago (2013) We reached out to DES Ltd who completed a full service and cleaning service. We had Dorset electrical out to carry out a full rewire of the property, we found the services very pleasing. Given we where worried about the extent of the works required. We ended up moving out the property while the guys carried out their work. They even found us a contractor for making good after. We also upgraded to have camera system installed with a wireless alarm too. Over the moon with the end result and will have no hesitation with recommending the guys at Dorset Electrical Services.

Well, this was a surprise and a pleasant one to boot. This is a golden nugget in Christchurch. The tea we had was very good and the cake my wife had was lovely. Everywhere else we tried had teeny tiny tray bake cakes "one bite and it is gone" but Cuckoo's have proper cake slices. And I found it very good value for money.

We’ve been a few times for breakfast and always amazing food. You wouldn’t leave hungry. High quality food and really substantial portion sizes. It’s great to have a different choice for breakfast. We’ve tried Spanish eggs, Scottish breakfast and avocado on toast. All delicious!

Whenever I come down to Christchurch to visit my grandmother, I pass by Cuckoos to buy their takeaway cream tea sets so I can have tea with her. Margot has been running her cafe from this site about 8 years,so I have been many times in i think the last 7+ years... I live around 150 miles away,and hadn't been here since Christmas... So I got down about 06.30 this morning and had table booked for 09.30..... I can not fault this cafe,I tend to have the Spire Hill Grill and I have yet to have a bad bit of any meal. With the ever increase in cost of living,I was expecting it to be more expensive than Christmas 2022...but nope,same price,and I think it is amazing quality for a very reasonable price. I was with family that live in Dorset and visit this fantastic cafe often....in fact my sister was in the day before also. The staff are lovely...Margot (owner) is a true professional and has built her business up over the years,take look at the website,and the produce that have,home made jams etc etc,I understand they now have some of the produce selling in a local shop. The customers in the cafe are also friendly,and seem to know each other.... I did a review on TaT before,and I'm doing this update as and edit,my original is below. We had pot of tea and three coffees...the little milk bottles,the glass teapot are just examples of some of the things they do differently...and it all goes to show the love Margot has for food and service to her customers (friends) The head chef Eve (pink shorts ;) ) is also a little star,and has been with TaT from being tutored from as an apprentice to becoming head chef... And is a credit to Margot and to catering... We came away with a couple of pieces of home made cakes....and will enjoy later. I know before I arrive that the experience will be all I could reasonably expect,and could only ever leave a rate of 5 star.... Anything less...I'm my view is unjust. A wonderful find hidden away at Stalbridge Dorset we have a warm welcome and could sit outside or in the restaurant area, the menu had a good range of meals and the homemade cake where to die for. I am fussy about coffee this was good roosted by readscoffee.co.uk.

We stopped off here for breakfast at the end of a weekend away as we’d heard from our hosts that they did good food and were dog friendly. The food was delicious and great value. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and we managed to pick up a couple of early Xmas presents for hampers as a bonus! Would highly recommend.

Steve and Matt came recommended to me from a work mate who had them do some work for him. I contacted them and said I just bought a house and a new re-wire was a must. A full install and new fuse board were put in, all new sockets and switches etc, all done to a great spec, minimal disruption to the rest of the house, exactly how I wanted everything. Plus they were easy to deal with and speak to throughout the whole job. I recommend them to anyone and everyone now, very happy indeed :)
