We booked our wedding plans well in advance of the current pandemic for 2021 and found Sweet Forrest to provide us with decoration for the venue. Unfortunately, due the pandemic we had to rethink our big day and Sarah at Sweet Forrest was absolutely marvellous to us. She made the whole process very easy, has been very supportive to us and completely professional. When cancelling our plans, Sarah offered us a refund without any hesitation and processed this instantly. Lovely Nicky supplied our chair covers for our wedding day and they worked perfectly with our theme. Nicky was very accommodating and flexible to my ever-changing requests and I'm so pleased we found her. I'd highly recommend her for all your wedding hire needs.

Nicky was very accommodating with the items i required. She send me photo's of what i wanted, to give me an idea on what i was hiring along with making the whole process nice and straightforward. Once the items were collected (by my dad) and bought to the venue i could certainly see Nicky looks after her props as the quality of the items were really good. We worked with Melanie for our wedding at Came House last year, and can honestly say she is one fantastic woman and the best wedding planner we could have hoped for. She is so experienced and organised, gave great advice throughout whilst listening to all our ideas. When we first visited House of Styling's barn, we were blown away by the range or different items and themes available to rent for our special day. Kirsty took care to listen to what we wanted and came up with a quote for us that we were able to amend as time went on and we knew more about what we wanted for our wedding. Kirsty always responded to emails quickly and was willing to have phone calls too for me to run through questions before the big day. I worried about being "in the way" when we were putting out our own few bits and pieces or collecting them and she was very reassuring that it was our day and that they were there to support us. Kirsty and Laura make a great team and seem to really care about the detail of what they're doing, I was so pleased with the work that they had done and the care and effort they put into making sure our venue looked just like I imagined!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout with Kirsty, and no question or request was too much! The styling for our special day ticked every single box for us, and the venue staff and even the registrar kept saying they had never seen New Place Hotel styled so well. We live in the U.S. and were planning a wedding in the very beautiful but very distant Cotswolds. One of the first and best decisions we made after we chose our venue was hiring Rachel. Her knowledge of the absolute best of the best local vendors was invaluable in creating the most magical day of our lives. Rachel's taste level is exceptional but, having said that, what's even more impressive is she took a jumbled collection of ideas of what we like (color! fun! gold! rustic...but elevated!) and expertly focused our thoughts into an unbelievable and gorgeous backdrop for our big day. We couldn't have been happier and we got so many compliments from everyone on the signage, the flowers, the decor, the styling, the furniture and games, the general setting and ambience - and Rachel had a hand in creating it all. Working with her was really effortless, and that's saying something considering our 8-hour time difference. She always made herself available to meet if we needed to hash things out or answer lots and lots of emails. She has an incredibly calming and reassuring presence, is perfectly organized and across everything. I mean it when I say there was not a SINGLE hitch of any kind on the wedding day - everything looked incredible, was executed incredibly and what felt to me like effortlessly but surely there was a ton of effort to make it all feel so seamless. Rachel is utterly brilliant. Rachel is superb at keeping you on track and accountable for your required input and actions and will always communicate with you in the way that works best for you. Everyone who attended our wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and highlighted how incredibly smooth everything went and how brilliantly organised the whole thing was. Because of their close ties with everyone in the industry, we were able to pull off an incredible destination wedding with ease and in budget. Lastly, what you find is that you spend most of your time with your wedding planners and vendors during the wedding and planning process. When my husband and I initially met with Georgia at MatthewOliver Weddings, there was an instant connection. After a few weeks of initial planning, we had some unforseen circumstances arise and had to stop with proceeding on our planning. When we were ready to resume the wedding plans, Georgia was able to work us back into her schedule. We spent the next year and half planning our dream European adventure. Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. The decor was stunning. Everyone complimented the set up of the ceremony room and how lovely the reception tables were. The Photo Booth was a massive hit with everyone. The chocolate foundation was good and the children loved it, as well as the sweet cart. Communication was good and always available for any queries.
