Nicky was very accommodating with the items i required. She send me photo's of what i wanted, to give me an idea on what i was hiring along with making the whole process nice and straightforward. Once the items were collected (by my dad) and bought to the venue i could certainly see Nicky looks after her props as the quality of the items were really good. I would thoroughly recommend Nicky and her business to anyone conducting any number of events not just weddings. If you are looking to conduct an event in Dorset, definitely check out this company. 5 * from me

Julie is the most incredibly talented lady, focusing on the finest details to make your dream day a reality- Julie made my vision come to life for our wedding on 20.06.14. Julie went above and beyond in so many way to bring the whole wedding theme together... even to the last minute spritz of Jo Malone so it smelt divine as our guests arrived. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout with Kirsty, and no question or request was too much! The styling for our special day ticked every single box for us, and the venue staff and even the registrar kept saying they had never seen New Place Hotel styled so well. The colour scheme and style we had imagined in our heads - Kirsty and the team made it happen! From start to finish a 5 star service and I would highly recommend!

A wonderful team! Kirsty and the House of Styling decorated our venue in August. They were so helpful in the run up to our wedding, creating a moodboard for us so we could visualise how everything would look. We were blown away with how incredible everything looked on the day, they really brought our vision to life and all of our guest commented on how amazing everything looked. When we first visited House of Styling's barn, we were blown away by the range or different items and themes available to rent for our special day. Kirsty took care to listen to what we wanted and came up with a quote for us that we were able to amend as time went on and we knew more about what we wanted for our wedding. Kirsty always responded to emails quickly and was willing to have phone calls too for me to run through questions before the big day. I worried about being "in the way" when we were putting out our own few bits and pieces or collecting them and she was very reassuring that it was our day and that they were there to support us. Kirsty and Laura make a great team and seem to really care about the detail of what they're doing, I was so pleased with the work that they had done and the care and effort they put into making sure our venue looked just like I imagined!

When my husband and I initially met with Georgia at MatthewOliver Weddings, there was an instant connection. After a few weeks of initial planning, we had some unforseen circumstances arise and had to stop with proceeding on our planning. When we were ready to resume the wedding plans, Georgia was able to work us back into her schedule. We spent the next year and half planning our dream European adventure. Georgia was the perfect planner for us. She took all of our initial requirements (location, airport proximity, historical property, handicap accessibility) and found the perfect venue. Georgia managed every detail and vendor throughout the entire process, culminating in the best weekend of our lives. From sourcing local Flamanco dancers for the welcome party, to scheduling and planning site visits and tastings, to the carefully thoughout stationary, Georgia and the Matthew Oliver team took care of everything to insure that we had the best time with our guests. While you expect luxury wedding planners like Matthew Oliver Weddings to be professional, detail-oriented, creative, and excellent problem-solvers, what truly stood out was how much joy and warmth they brought to the process. Planning a cross-continent, multicultural 4 day destination wedding in under six months could easily have been stressful, but they made it a fun and manageable project. I genuinely looked forward to our regular Zoom meetings. On the day of the wedding, the weather was less than ideal, but Matthew, Bertie, and their team jumped into action, seamlessly executing solutions. Above all, they took the time and care to ensure I was feeling calm and reassured, which speaks volumes about their empathy and dedication. We cannot love the Matthew Oliver team more!!! The strength of the Matthew Oliver team is their relationships, which when it comes to weddings, is one of the most important qualities for a wedding planner. Because of their close ties with everyone in the industry, we were able to pull off an incredible destination wedding with ease and in budget. They were extremely resourceful when it came to all of our wild requests— they found a way each time to execute our vision. Lastly, what you find is that you spend most of your time with your wedding planners and vendors during the wedding and planning process. You definitely want to like these people during such an important moment. We are lucky to still call Matthew, Bertie and team our friends and they will definitely be in our lives forever!

The decor was stunning. Everyone complimented the set up of the ceremony room and how lovely the reception tables were. The Photo Booth was a massive hit with everyone. The chocolate foundation was good and the children loved it, as well as the sweet cart. Communication was good and always available for any queries.

Truly magical is the only words I can use to describe our wedding decor. I had a vision in mind and put all my trust in "a touch of class". Winterborne were absolutely brilliant and so helpful throughout our wedding journey. They decorated our ladders with faux plants, and the results were stunning—the photos speak for themselves. We received so many compliments, and you honestly couldn’t tell the plants were artificial. In the lead-up, the team was incredibly supportive. They ensured everything was set up quickly, allowing us to move on with the rest of the decorations without feeling rushed. They even offered additional staff to help with other decorative elements, which was such a kind gesture. We just can’t recommend Winterborne enough!

After discussing what we needed, they produced some spectacular arrangements to suit the theme for our wedding and to match our fresh flowers. We used Winterborne Hire & Styling for our wedding at Abbots Court and couldn’t have been happier with the service provided! From the first visit to the styling barn with Dawn right up until the wedding day itself and after the event, Dawn was on hand to help with any questions we had. We opted to set the venue decorations up ourselves the day prior to the wedding and this was made so easy as the beautiful arches were set up for us and the rest of the items we ordered came in extremely organised boxes which saved a lot of time. We are beyond grateful to Melanie for the incredible work and dedication she put into planning our wedding at Came House earlier this year. From our introductory call until our wedding, Melanie went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on the day. Melanie’s attention to detail is unmatched. To give one of many examples: without request from us, Melanie remembered my sensitivity to mosquito bites from an earlier conversation and arranged mosquito plugs to be placed in the bridal suite. This small but incredibly thoughtful touch meant so much. It’s this thoughtfulness and pre-empting of potential issues that really sets Melanie apart. Melanie always responded promptly to our questions/emails, often late at night or over weekends. She was incredibly patient and always put us at ease. Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.
