Stunning venue! We cannot recommend this venue and Sue and her team enough for the amazing job they do. They couldn't do enough to make sure we had the most magical day. From the moment we saw the place, we fell in love and knew we had to get married here. Then we met Sue and she put us at ease straight away, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much hassle. We first visted the venue just under a year ago and were blown away by the gorgeous views, chilled atmosphere and the mix of contemporary/rustic charm. Luckily we were able to secure the last available date in 2023 and it certainly lived up to our expectations! We celebrated our wedding at Hope Farm last weekend and had the most fabulous day. Sue and the team were welcoming and attentive, whilst also giving you the space and freedom to decorate and enjoy the venue as you pleased throughout the weekend. The facilities are beautifully finished and we had countless compliments from guests who particularly enjoyed the different areas on the farm to explore in between the main events of the day and not just being stuck inside a stiff hotel/venue.The alpacas and baby goats were a massive hit with our guests - the perfect photobomb for our gorgeous pictures! A beautiful venue with treasured memories, we hope to one day come back as guests or maybe to celebrate an anniversary! Can't recommend it enough x

We recently used Oakleaf’s services over the course of our wedding weekend. They provided 4 large tipis, luxury portaloos and general help throughout the day. The tipis looked fantastic both outside and inside, especially the central bar setup. We interacted with Tim multiple times in the build up to the wedding and always found him accommodating and helpful. Oakleaf worked well with our other suppliers across the wedding and were well-prepared and professional throughout. A special shout out to the team managing the torrential rainfall during the weekend! We would thoroughly recommend Oakleaf’s services and would happily use them again in the future.

Oakleaf provided the majority of the infrastructure for our garden wedding. Right from the beginning Tim and the team helped us narrow down what we needed and gave their opinion on what would work and what wouldn't. They provided clear and timely responses to questions in the build up and solutions to last minute needs. Everything was delivered, put up and taken down with minimal fuss and nothing was too much trouble. The final set up was very premium and exactly the aesthetic we were looking for. As a student enrolled on this course, I have been really impressed by the quality of content on this course. I've come from a completely different background of Graphic Design, so Event Management is a new field for me. With this course, I've become confident in the field very quickly and it's on-going. I have just completed the first two modules of the events management diploma and I have to say that so far I am really enjoying it. A wonderful team! Kirsty and the House of Styling decorated our venue in August. They were so helpful in the run up to our wedding, creating a moodboard for us so we could visualise how everything would look. We chose Stockbridge farm barn for our wedding after viewing a number of options from the Dorchester museum to various hotels and beyond. We ended up selecting Stockbridge farm barn as from the moment we saw it we knew it was the one for us, the rustic setting, the quite surroundings and the floral colours matched our theme perfectly. Cherry was hugely accomodating throughout the process if we wanted to visit for planning no problem, had a question for recommending a supplier, she had a book of hem, need high chairs, just ask. Price wise Stockbridge isn't the cheapest, but there is flexibility as you can then select the suppliers you want and also there are some options for staying on site in the form of shepherd huts. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, we do highly recommend staying in the huts, the morning after our wedding when we woke up to have morning coffee, there was a single stag walking across the field and that moment was so tranquil it was perfect. If we were to do our wedding again, there is no doubt in our minds we would choose the barn, however our one section of frustration was there are no toilet facilities included in the price, you have the option of either hiring a shepherd hut style or porta cabin - however in the scheme of things this is minor for how perfect our day was..

This was the venue of our dreams! Gail was fantastic, always happy to help with our many questions and walked us through everything we needed to know. The grounds are stunning and it was such a privilege to be able to wander around - locations for beautiful photos are endless! The barn is gorgeous, the lounge area upstairs was brilliant for our guests who wanted a rest and the toilets are beautifully decorated! As soon as we arrived, we knew Hinton was the one!

We got married at HSM Estate in September and it was a truly wonderful day, it is difficult to adequately describe what a perfect venue it is - photos truly don't do it justice. Our wedding ceremony was held on the grounds behind the Tithe Barn and we had our meal and reception inside the barn, but there is so much else here to see - the grounds are large and full of character, and different areas for guests to explore and enjoy. We were lucky to have perfect weather, however this venue would be magical in any conditions. We were looking for a dry hire venue which we could really make our own, and HSM was exactly what we wanted. The building is beautiful, and has practical elements such as a stage (with curtain), a mezzanine with sofas, a small kitchen and large side area where caterers can set up - and REALLY nice toilets (recently refurbished) - the management at this venue are great at listening to and acting on feedback, and are always adding details and changing elements where they can, to keep the venue at the highest possible standard and with ease of functionality. Our point of contact for viewing the venue, Gail, was also hired as our wedding coordinator. She really went above and beyond for us, from the initial viewing of the venue, to the additional visits afterward, right through to the final planning stages and of course the day itself. She has amazing knowledge of the venue and the history, which really added so much to the experience and made it so much more than just a venue. In addition to the venue itself, there is some accommodation on-site which is brilliant for bridal party / groomsmen or whoever you need to be close by. It was great to be able to get ready and walk out to the ceremony, no transport required. The cottages are also gorgeous and well supplied. We couldn't recommend this place enough as a wedding venue, it was everything we wanted and so much more, and our guests all had a wonderful day. 5 stars is not enough!

After two years of planning with Gail as our main contact at Hinton St Mary we got married in April 2024, we had a truly wonderful wedding. Gail was phenomenal and very good with her recommendations throughout our planning. All our recommended suppliers knew the venue well making our planning easier. The venue was dry hire , many of our guests travelled from near and far so we made use of the venue from Friday to Sunday. The blank canvas of the barn was turned into something of our own which we decorated with fairy lights , rustic tables and chairs and greenery. The band played from the stage allowing a large dance floor below , the kitchen and toilets were great and easy to access. Other bonuses of the venue is St Peter’s church is just a few 100 meters from the venue and easy access for all guests . Accommodation onsite is available to the bridal party and those who need to stay on site , we found the accommodation to be very comfortable and convenient all weekend. We couldn’t recommend Hinton St Mary highly enough as a wedding venue.

I cannot recommend this venue highly enough, our wedding here was absolutely perfect. The barn itself is lovely but the real gem is the outdoor space - it’s stunning and there is so much of it! We had a stunning ceremony in the middle garden, drinks reception in the sunken garden and then the walled garden just outside the barn made a beautiful extension for our reception. We were given the freedom to make our vision come true and it was just incredible. Gail was a saint throughout the entire booking and planning process, and was a godsend on the day! The cottages are wonderful too, they are well worth their money. The pub down the road was the perfect place for the evening before for a big family meet up as well as a more intimate wedding party breakfast the following morning. Having the venue for the whole 3 days was just amazing - we were never rushed and we had the time to do what we wanted and needed to do. The flexibility with everything was just fantastic, I am so so glad we chose this beautiful venue, it was perfect. Thank you so much :)

We used Winterborne Hire & Styling for our wedding at Abbots Court and couldn’t have been happier with the service provided! From the first visit to the styling barn with Dawn right up until the wedding day itself and after the event, Dawn was on hand to help with any questions we had. We opted to set the venue decorations up ourselves the day prior to the wedding and this was made so easy as the beautiful arches were set up for us and the rest of the items we ordered came in extremely organised boxes which saved a lot of time. We rented some beautiful table decorations and flower pillars that complimented our wedding venue perfectly.They have a great range of items in their showroom and Dawn was so helpful and patient in taking through what items to choose. They are very professional and coordinated directly with the venue and had a delivery option making it seamless and efficient (one less thing for me to worry about!). Highly recommend :)

Winterborne were absolutely brilliant and so helpful throughout our wedding journey. They decorated our ladders with faux plants, and the results were stunning—the photos speak for themselves. We received so many compliments, and you honestly couldn’t tell the plants were artificial. In the lead-up, the team was incredibly supportive. They ensured everything was set up quickly, allowing us to move on with the rest of the decorations without feeling rushed. They even offered additional staff to help with other decorative elements, which was such a kind gesture. We just can’t recommend Winterborne enough!

After discussing what we needed, they produced some spectacular arrangements to suit the theme for our wedding and to match our fresh flowers.
