Laura was just simply the best! From the initial phone call to the wedding day, she was a dream to work with. Friendly, supportive, patient, professional and nothing too much trouble - she made my day absolutely perfect. I’m absolutely useless at ideas and decor etc but she somehow made the little vision I had, in to something that was everything I wanted and more! I wouldn’t have anyone else, I cannot recommend Laura enough, she made my wedding day enjoyable, no stress and made me cry when I saw all the beautiful touches and our wedding breakfast room. If you haven't booked Laura already.. you must! She was so incredible from the first email. We had a very late change of wedding coordinator at our venue close to our day which really stressed me out! We were also organising a Salcombe wedding from Suffolk which made this more difficult. Then Laura contacted us and gave us complete confidence that everything would be exactly as we wanted it and it couldn't have been more perfect. I was very specific about all my design ideas and Laura went above and beyond to make sure it was perfectly as I'd envisioned. She made excellent suggestions to compliment the things I'd already arranged, the pink ruffle tablecloths were so beautiful along with the gold cutlery and charger plates. It honestly looked more beautiful than I could have imagined. On the day itself we couldn't have managed without her. She went out of her way to help my husband arrange all of the decor along with coordinating the various suppliers. She even helped with his buttonhole! Her attention to detail is incredible we knew the changeover to our wedding breakfast set up would be fabulous and it brought us both to tears walking in and seeing it for the first time. We really can't recommend you highly enough Laura and thank you so very much for making our wedding the most beautiful Salcombe has ever seen!

We were so lucky to have Laura help style our day. She put so much time and effort into making our vision a reality on a budget, and we could really trust her timeless and elegant taste. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful and Grecian the draped chairs looked, and Laura got to the venue very early to make sure they were all perfect. Laura felt like a trusted friend throughout the wedding planning, and was someone we could rely on when things on the day started to unravel and the venue seemed a bit overloaded. She was professional, calm and steadfast and the day would not have been the success it was without her. Our only wish is we could have involved her more but we weren’t in touch til quite close to the wedding. Thank you Laura! Xx

We worked with Melanie for our wedding at Came House last year, and can honestly say she is one fantastic woman and the best wedding planner we could have hoped for. She is so experienced and organised, gave great advice throughout whilst listening to all our ideas. Her knowledge of the area and suppliers (as well as all her hard work) really helped to bring our vision to life. This was no easy feat as we had quite a few parts to fit into the weekend, but Melanie made it work! I cannot recommend Jess from Ardour & Bow highly enough. From our first contact she has been nothing short of a blessing. Jess has an obvious passion and a vast knowledge for wedding planning. Katie is and has been an absolute dream. She took our mad ramblings and vision and turned it into absolute perfection, our wedding day was exquisite. Her talent for venue styling and floristry is utterly incredible. Our flowers, not just our bouquets but also the general venue flowers, were simply stunning, she absolutely nailed the colour theme. It was better than we could have even imagined. There were so many comments on the day about how beautiful the venue looked. Not only this but Katie provided us with wedding planning services too. As we were so far away this was invaluable. We knew we were in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble, and our late night/panicked emails and messages were met with nothing but love and enthusiasm. She provided a much needed sense of calm when the inevitable wedding stress and worry took over. No words can actually do Katie's work, or how much she has meant to us over the past 18 months, justice.

We will never forget Hope Farm for making us feel so special, and for making our wedding celebration extra special too. When we first met Sue, we knew that Hope Farm was the venue we wanted to get married in. The animals, the landscape and the warm welcome we received told us that we simply had to get married here. Sue and the team at Hope Farm covered every corner in helping us plan the day and made us feel like we had their absolute support all the way through whenever we had questions, throughout the planning stages, the night before and on the day. We feel so lucky to have come across Hope Farm for our wedding, and to have been able to have our wedding here. Our guests said it matched our personalities perfectly, as we personalised the day with help from the Hope Farm team. It even inspired our friends to make the move on their partners too due to the romantic and relaxed setting of the whole event! We will never forget Sue and all at Hope Farm, including the beautiful piglets who we had the pleasure of saying hello to. Stunning venue! We cannot recommend this venue and Sue and her team enough for the amazing job they do. They couldn't do enough to make sure we had the most magical day. From the moment we saw the place, we fell in love and knew we had to get married here. Then we met Sue and she put us at ease straight away, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much hassle. Having had our wedding there last weekend (31st August) I can honestly say that this is BY FAR the best venue around. Sue, Nigel, Matt and Georgia worked tirelessly to ensure the day ran smoothly alongside our caterers. Nothing was too much of an ask. Wonderful venue, beautiful decor already in place and really not needing much additional decor to be provided by ourselves, it was the most perfect day.

We first visted the venue just under a year ago and were blown away by the gorgeous views, chilled atmosphere and the mix of contemporary/rustic charm. Luckily we were able to secure the last available date in 2023 and it certainly lived up to our expectations! We celebrated our wedding at Hope Farm last weekend and had the most fabulous day. Sue and the team were welcoming and attentive, whilst also giving you the space and freedom to decorate and enjoy the venue as you pleased throughout the weekend. The facilities are beautifully finished and we had countless compliments from guests who particularly enjoyed the different areas on the farm to explore in between the main events of the day and not just being stuck inside a stiff hotel/venue.The alpacas and baby goats were a massive hit with our guests - the perfect photobomb for our gorgeous pictures! A beautiful venue with treasured memories, we hope to one day come back as guests or maybe to celebrate an anniversary! Can't recommend it enough x

I attended one of the Floral Shaker flower arranging workshops in November. Booking was super easy and dates are published far in advance. Kate was amazing! She was very warm, funny and knowledgeable. When we arrived we were greeted with a range of delicious cocktails to choose from. They also looked amazing! Kate started giving us basic information on what we were going to do, and got into more details at each step of the making class. It was very relaxing and informative at the same time. The flowers we were provided with were just beautiful, and materials were also top quality. I ended up with a gorgeous creation and had such a fun time making it. I will definitely book more workshops with Kate and highly recommend Floral Shaker!

I completed an amazing wreath making workshop with Kate and floral shaker. I attended with friends. We all had such a wonderful time and learnt how to make elegant wreaths. Floral Shaker helped celebrate our 10 year anniversary with absolutely fantastic cocktails. Katy's artistic flair was just amazing; bringing her funky cocktail bar and beautiful flower display which we got to keep after! The cocktails made the party with everyone talking about them and excited to get the next ones. We had non-alcoholic mocktails too, so everyone was catered for. What can I say about the Kate @ Floral Shaker experience. It is truly a pleasurable experience to be about Kates company and energy. From set up, to the full experience of watching Kate lovingly create the master piece which is the Bar, with the floral decor of the Bar itself. The care and attention to detail that is provided is, without a doubt, an experience in itself. To have the most warmest of welcomes from a smiley bubbly face and helping you explore the options of the fantastic choice of cocktails. Relevant to the time of year and event that your hosting too. Nicky was very accommodating with the items i required. She send me photo's of what i wanted, to give me an idea on what i was hiring along with making the whole process nice and straightforward. Once the items were collected (by my dad) and bought to the venue i could certainly see Nicky looks after her props as the quality of the items were really good. I would thoroughly recommend Nicky and her business to anyone conducting any number of events not just weddings. We used Cartails to provide bar service at our wedding recently. After initial conversations with Harrison, Josh took over the planning of the event and both were brilliant to work with. They clearly had a wealth of experience planning the events, and were able to offer excellent advice and ideas without us ever feeling like we were being upsold. They provided everything we asked for, going to particularly effort to make sure we could have a slushy machine serving Froze. They went above and beyond in making sure the drinks offering was exactly what we were looking for. On the day, they constructed the circular bar quickly and efficiently, and this looked fantastic in the middle of the marquee. Drinks service throughout the whole day went perfectly, with Harrison and his team managing both the main circular bar and outside horsebox bar brilliantly. The Froze was a real hit and the after dinner cocktails went down very well too. The site was left spotless at the end of the night. We would happily recommend Cartails to anyone planning their own wedding, and would love to work with them again should we have any other large events.

These guys were FANTASTIC! The most fun, professional team, and a wonderful addition to our wedding. The cocktails were incredible, the three bartenders were absolutely fantastic, and the bar looked perfect while running like clockwork. Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

Ultimate Party Nights were incredible for our wedding day. We enquired about the dancing on clouds package with added Sparklers and initially they weren't available on our date however Carl worked his magic and was able to find some additional staff to make it happen for us, which we are extremely grateful for! On the day, Max was incredible at the venue and helped to set up everything perfectly. He was so lovely and friendly and made sure everything was set off at the perfect time! The whole experience was amazing and made our first dance feel so special! Thank you so much Ultimate Party Nights, would 100% recommend!

The feedback from the room from the Quiz Show hosted by Ultimate Party Nights was fantastic, everybody thoroughly enjoyed the evening, the content was pitched at the right level. The interaction from Carl with the room was great, the quiz was topical, funny and the questions involved current themes and topics. We used this as part of our weekend fund raising and Carl helped us by raise money by auctioning points, particular stand out things were the team buzzers and the wheel of misfortune. Quite simply excellent value for money and I would definitely use Ultimate Party Nights again. A big fat 10 out of 10.
