Nicky was very accommodating with the items i required. She send me photo's of what i wanted, to give me an idea on what i was hiring along with making the whole process nice and straightforward. Once the items were collected (by my dad) and bought to the venue i could certainly see Nicky looks after her props as the quality of the items were really good. I would thoroughly recommend Nicky and her business to anyone conducting any number of events not just weddings. Absolutely fantastic job from Winterborne Hire & Styling! We rented some beautiful table decorations and flower pillars that complimented our wedding venue perfectly.They have a great range of items in their showroom and Dawn was so helpful and patient in taking through what items to choose. They are very professional and coordinated directly with the venue and had a delivery option making it seamless and efficient (one less thing for me to worry about!). Highly recommend :)

Winterborne Hire and Styling were incredible at making our day extra special. I visited their lovely show room a few months prior to our wedding. After discussing what we needed, they produced some spectacular arrangements to suit the theme for our wedding and to match our fresh flowers. They delivered them on time and installed them ready for the big day, so we did not need to lift a finger. We are so glad we went with them as the arrangements really elevated our ceremony area. Winterborne were absolutely brilliant and so helpful throughout our wedding journey. They decorated our ladders with faux plants, and the results were stunning—the photos speak for themselves. We received so many compliments, and you honestly couldn’t tell the plants were artificial. In the lead-up, the team was incredibly supportive. They ensured everything was set up quickly, allowing us to move on with the rest of the decorations without feeling rushed. They even offered additional staff to help with other decorative elements, which was such a kind gesture. We just can’t recommend Winterborne enough!

We used Winterborne Hire & Styling for our wedding at Abbots Court and couldn’t have been happier with the service provided! From the first visit to the styling barn with Dawn right up until the wedding day itself and after the event, Dawn was on hand to help with any questions we had. We opted to set the venue decorations up ourselves the day prior to the wedding and this was made so easy as the beautiful arches were set up for us and the rest of the items we ordered came in extremely organised boxes which saved a lot of time. The absolute most perfect wedding venue ever! Mapperton had everything that we wanted and we absolutely fell in love with it, no venue in the area compared!! It was a complete blank canvas in the coach house which we really liked and there were many ceremony options (inside and outside) but we opted with the croquet lawn which was simply stunning. The gardens are sensational and many of our guests have said it’s the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to. There’s two cottages on site too so we used one for the bridal party and then one for the grooms, this was such an amazing option to have and really added to the whole weekend experience! Holly our wedding co-ordinator was incredible, so kind and understanding. No question was too big and she helped us quickly on any wedding advice / help that we needed. We really appreciated her being there through anything that we needed, she was amazing on the day and it all ran smoothly which was completely all her hard work but also leading up to the wedding too. She helped so much & we truly appreciate her! She really understood our vision. If you are thinking of booking Mapperton for your wedding then DO IT, it was simply a dream come true that we will remember for the rest of our lives!! :)

The most perfect day at a dream venue Patrick and I had the most incredible experience getting married at Mapperton. From the moment we first visited we knew it was the perfect venue for us due to how flexible, versatile and stunning it is. Holly our amazing wedding coordinator was one of the reasons we chose the venue and is a true asset to Mapperton. She was there to take us through the whole process, being a fountain of knowledge for amazing suppliers in the South West and nothing was too big an ask. Most importantly she made sure our day ran like clockwork and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Our guests have given us so many compliments saying it is the favourite wedding they have ever been to and this is all thanks to the hard work put in by the team at Mapperton. We can't wait to pop in, take a walk around the stunning Italian gardens and visit the Mapperton family to remember our special day.

Well what can I say?! Our wedding day was an absolute dream from start to finish. The team is absolutely incredible, with special shout outs to Emma for her impeccable organisation and to Andrew for his flawless service. We had several mobility challenged members of our party and they left this event feeling like they’d been treated like absolute queens! Nothing was too much trouble, they were always checking everyone was happy and often anticipated what we wanted before we had even realised! We were in super safe hands and could fully relax into the day and just enjoy it. We will forever treasure these special memories that were made possible by this incredible team of people.

We have worked with Rosie on events including our own open weekends and she is an absolute joy to work with. She is great at organising people, extremely friendly and approachable. Not only is she creative but she is able to take your ideas and turn them into something truly spectacular. Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

She is a consummate professional has a fabulous sense of style, is hugely creative and an enviable address book of contacts from which to draw. It was such a relief to know we were in capable hands in the month before the wedding, and that someone would be there on the day if anything happened, which meant our bridal and grooms parties could just enjoy the day. Phoebe is an absolute joy to work with. We held our wedding at Huntsham Court near Tiverton in Devon, and as a 'DIY' wedding venue the prospect of organising and delivering every last detail was pretty daunting. But she was there to offer support throughout the planning stages and then really kicked up a gear in the final month when she took over all communication with suppliers. Over the weekend itself she did a superb job of keeping me away from the details and stresses of making it all happen and just ensured my husband and I were able to have the most incredible time. I would wholeheartedly recommend her - a terrific partner in crime for anyone looking to deliver a fantastic wedding and a unique set of memories.

Phoebe was incredible at our wedding and we feel that it wouldn’t have been the same without her! It was without a doubt one of the best investments we made. Phoebe was our on-the-day co-ordinator at our wedding and took over supplier communication a month beforehand, and as a DIY wedding this suited us perfectly as we had already booked our suppliers and planned most of the day. Phoebe took the last minute stresses off us and allowed us to enjoy the run up and focus more on the other things we needed to do like painting signs and making decor. Phoebe was a great communicator throughout and loved that we received a running order of the day that we could review to make sure we were on the same page and had all the same expectations; she also visited the site beforehand so was familiar with the location and set up which was reassuring for us on the day. When it came to the day we couldn’t have been more grateful to have her with us! It wasn’t a straightforward wedding - being an outdoor marquee wedding (dealing with the rain) and with a lot of DIY elements and room turnovers, but Phoebe made it seem seamless. Getting involved in everything - helping me into my dress, being the point of contact for suppliers and troubleshooting issues as they came up, perfectly timing the ceremony and co-ordinating the music, welcoming and directing on site guests to accommodation, turning over the room and styling the tables in line with our vision, putting out games for guests to play…plus many more things! (And things we wouldn’t even have seen). Before we hired Phoebe our family all volunteered to help with some aspect of coordination but I’m so glad we hired Phoebe as there’s so much more to it, and it meant that all of our family could enjoy the day as guests. I know that they all really loved her too and were singing her praises after the wedding - it was so helpful to have another person that knew the wedding inside out! If you’re going to DIY parts of your wedding - don’t forget your co-ordinator! Trust us, you’ll be thankful you had them.

We booked sage and Belle Styling for our wedding at Orchardleigh House on 01.09.24. Since we met Vickie she completely understood our vision for the styling of our wedding and took care of everything from our signage, to our centrepieces, cake table and present table. She made everything look beautiful and we are so glad we used her. The process was easy and I am so glad we used her as we arent left with excess bits of styling that we would have to sell or store. She went above and beyond and made sure to put our colour schemed pattern on our menus and made us reserved signs for our seats. We can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her! We had the pleasure of Vickie style our wedding on 6th July 2022 at Prestwold Hall, a venue she knows extremely well! From the initial point of confirming our date and decor, Vickie was absolutely fantastic, her communication was brilliant. We then got an invite to her showroom which is absolutely amazing, Vickie had our table dressed up to what we had ordered however I wasn’t happy with it due to myself making it look rather bland so after a couple of suggestions and decor being placed on and off the table, we got some lovely looking tables! Vickie has lots of stunning items and has so much knowledge and advice to offer! On the day of the wedding Vickie set everything up and I didn’t even know she was there, her work is stunning and she is so sleek, she works alongside the venue so you don’t have to arrange times for her to set up she does everything! After the ceremony, I had to have a peek into the reception room and it looked absolutely beautiful! A huge thank you to Vickie and her team for making our tables gorgeous, we and everyone else loved them and complimented how perfect everything was! Vickie also styled our isle with a stunning ivory carpet and 6 shepherd's crooks with hanging jars of fresh gypsophila which was perfect!

I visited Vickie yesterday with so many ideas in my head needing help to bring them to life. Even from walking through the door I knew I was going to be able to find exactly what I needed. Being able to see exactly what you want in front of you is so reassuring and along with all of Vickies experience she guided me to make slight changes playing with different ideas. By the end I had everything I had ever imagined and more and left feeling very happy and confident that this was going to definitely be who I have help me with my wedding. Rachel is utterly brilliant. If you are looking for someone who will take the reigns as much as YOU need them to (in our case this was a lot), will genuinely listen to every single one of your requests and ideas and help you bring your dream wedding to life in an incredibly organised and calm manner, then this is your planner. Rachel has a wonderful aura about her. She is very direct and to the point which is exactly what you need when you are wedding or party planning however, she has the patience of a saint and will work with you to ensure you are getting what you want and need in the most tasteful way and has some incredibly recommendations and relationships with some very talented suppliers. We really would not have had the wedding of our absolute dreams if it wasn’t for Rachel. She was with us throughout the whole of our Wedding (we had a 3 day event) and she made everything seamless and worked her absolute socks off, looking incredible whilst doing it. We had a few mishaps throughout the process, and we would never have known as she had sorted them out seamlessly before we even knew what had happened! Rachel is superb at keeping you on track and accountable for your required input and actions and will always communicate with you in the way that works best for you. Everyone who attended our wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and highlighted how incredibly smooth everything went and how brilliantly organised the whole thing was. Rachel was also on hand to get me into my dress on the day (photo’s attached) whilst giving me a pep talk and carry my train too, she is just the nicest most genuine person. Rachel is AMAZING – don’t hesitate to book her! She was our wedding coordinator , and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. My wedding took place at my parents’ house, which isn’t a conventional wedding venue, and as someone who isn’t great at accepting help, I was repeatedly told by others that I needed someone to manage the day. Thank goodness I listened, because Rachel was an absolute lifesaver. She came highly recommended by a friend who said she was brilliant, and they were absolutely right. From the very beginning, Rachel was engaging, supportive, and involved in every step of the process. On the day, she managed all the suppliers (and there were a lot of them, including a rather difficult chef) and ensured everything ran seamlessly. I’m pretty sure things must have gone wrong at some point, but I never noticed because Rachel had it all under control. Despite the challenges of working with a location that wasn’t set up for weddings – dealing with generators going down, glassware issues, tricky access points, and car parking in farmers’ fields – Rachel handled it all with ease. She truly became part of the day and was there from start to finish, even looking after one of my friends who had a bit too much to drink! Rachel, we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you so much for everything!

We live in the U.S. and were planning a wedding in the very beautiful but very distant Cotswolds. One of the first and best decisions we made after we chose our venue was hiring Rachel. Her knowledge of the absolute best of the best local vendors was invaluable in creating the most magical day of our lives. Rachel's taste level is exceptional but, having said that, what's even more impressive is she took a jumbled collection of ideas of what we like (color! fun! gold! rustic...but elevated!) and expertly focused our thoughts into an unbelievable and gorgeous backdrop for our big day. We couldn't have been happier and we got so many compliments from everyone on the signage, the flowers, the decor, the styling, the furniture and games, the general setting and ambience - and Rachel had a hand in creating it all. Working with her was really effortless, and that's saying something considering our 8-hour time difference. She always made herself available to meet if we needed to hash things out or answer lots and lots of emails. She has an incredibly calming and reassuring presence, is perfectly organized and across everything. I mean it when I say there was not a SINGLE hitch of any kind on the wedding day - everything looked incredible, was executed incredibly and what felt to me like effortlessly but surely there was a ton of effort to make it all feel so seamless. It was truly incredible having Rachel to help create and bring to life our big day. If you're considering hiring Rachel, take this as a sign to do it now!
