Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

As a student enrolled on this course, I have been really impressed by the quality of content on this course. Just finished up the Events Crowd online Events course, and I've got to say, it's been an absolute game-changer. While balancing a full-time gig in recruitment, I dove deep into the ins and outs of the events industry. The course structure is spot-on, with modules building up in a way that clicks. From start to finish, the seasoned event professionals, serving as instructors, shared their industry wisdom and expertise, which offers a valuable insight. Plus, all the sessions are in video format, which made life way easier for me as a dyslexic learner. The virtual classroom vibe was solid. We worked with Melanie for our wedding at Came House last year, and can honestly say she is one fantastic woman and the best wedding planner we could have hoped for. She is so experienced and organised, gave great advice throughout whilst listening to all our ideas. This was no easy feat as we had quite a few parts to fit into the weekend, but Melanie made it work! Ruby did a great job as the wedding transport for our daughter’s wedding (Caroline & Kai). Ruby ferried the main wedding party from the Donnington Valley Hotel to the wedding venue at the Post Barn. Firstly the Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride, then myself and my daughter. Later, Ruby turned into a Photo-booth at the Post Barn and drew a lot of attention from children and adults taking photos with various props. I think Ruby really enjoyed her day, just as much as everyone else! Thank you Jonathan & Ruby - everything was perfect!

On Saturday we had the wonderful pleasure of having Jonathan and Ruby be apart of our wedding. It was such an amazing experience -Ruby was the star of the show, all of our guests and us were completely in love with her. I feel like we didn’t just pay to be driven around in Ruby -it was so much more than that -Jonathan also made our experience memorable as he was so lovely and kind, he even took some beautiful photographs of us and made sure we were happy. Thank you so much to Sam from the Little White Heart company for decorating our wedding so beautifully. We met Sam at a wedding open day at the Royal Bath hotel and got to see first hand how amazing her set up was and most of her decorations, that we asked her to book our day then! We choose the all inclusive package which included everything we needed plus more. We met with Sam again at our venue and we went through everything we would like and she also gave good ideas and recommendations on things we could use to fill up space and make our vision and reality. I was very lucky to have won the Canvas and Dreams competition; which meant I was able to choose from one of their packages. I went for the Cinema Package, so I could have an outdoor cinema experience with some of my friends. The service this company provided was absolutely amazing. The set up was very quick. They were very friendly and even added special touches, such as marshmallows, sweets and popcorn. The interior was lovely and comfortable. Blankets and seating enough for all of my friends. The sound system was very very good and had a wide selection of movies to choose from. They even left an instruction book, incase we got stuck with anything. All of my friends, myself and even my children absolutely loved the cinema experience. Collection was also very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for an outdoor cinema experience or something special for a kids birthday or any special occasion. I booked the pink sleepover igloo dome for my teenage daughter and her two friends, it was even cuter in real life than the pics I saw on Instagram, little lanterns, fluffy rugs and glittery pillows. Emma was really helpful and patient with me fussing about dates and the weather. It was put up perfectly and it definitely had the wow factor! I loved not having to think about anything, from bedding to projector set up, it was all done for me, such a treat! Would totally recommend, and if I can book with canvas and dreams again in the future I will.

We first found The Orangery Suite within the few days after we got engaged in Mauritius. We emailed Becky whilst we were still abroad and viewed the venue the week after we got back to the UK and the venue looked amazing, even in the British rain! We looked at one other venue, just to say we had compared it to another place, but we knew instantly that it was the perfect venue for us. We are active people and can get bored easily, so all of the games and activities really appealed to us, along with the beautiful grounds! Becky, Scott and Louise have done the best job since taking over the venue and have really refreshed the look, including refurbishing inside the orangery suite and the outside bathrooms. Everything looked great on the day and it ran so smoothly, thanks to all of their efforts! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they helped answer and resolve any questions I had. All of our guests have commented on how perfect the venue was and what a good find it was. They all enjoyed playing all of the games, especially the mini golf, badminton, table football and basketball net! They were also so welcoming of our 2 dogs, Ted and Alfie, who also really enjoyed the day being ring bearers. There were no restrictions on how long they could stay or where they could go and it was so nice to know they were just as welcome as all of the humans! It really was the best day ever and we are so grateful to The Orangery Suite!

Accommodated a large number of people as well as ticking all the boxes for amenities. Truly magical is the only words I can use to describe our wedding decor. I had a vision in mind and put all my trust in "a touch of class". I actually changed venues just so I could use them and I'm so glad I did. From the first message right until the day communication was prompt and informative and the day itself just blew us away ! The decor was stunning. Everyone complimented the set up of the ceremony room and how lovely the reception tables were. The Photo Booth was a massive hit with everyone. The chocolate foundation was good and the children loved it, as well as the sweet cart. Communication was good and always available for any queries.

When we first visited House of Styling's barn, we were blown away by the range or different items and themes available to rent for our special day. Kirsty took care to listen to what we wanted and came up with a quote for us that we were able to amend as time went on and we knew more about what we wanted for our wedding. Kirsty always responded to emails quickly and was willing to have phone calls too for me to run through questions before the big day. I worried about being "in the way" when we were putting out our own few bits and pieces or collecting them and she was very reassuring that it was our day and that they were there to support us. Kirsty and Laura make a great team and seem to really care about the detail of what they're doing, I was so pleased with the work that they had done and the care and effort they put into making sure our venue looked just like I imagined!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout with Kirsty, and no question or request was too much! The styling for our special day ticked every single box for us, and the venue staff and even the registrar kept saying they had never seen New Place Hotel styled so well.
