Sam came to our rescue earlier this week when we discovered a leak from our bathroom was staining our kitchen ceiling. His prompt and efficient work ensured the leak was banished, hopefully for good! Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! I contacted this firm on an urgent basis when my very elderly parents were left without heating. Mike and his wife were incredible and it was arranged that they could be round there to sort out the situation that same morning. It is so reassuring to have a local firm who offer great customer care at a competitive price. Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

Jeremy from SCD Plumbing carried out a power flush and boiler replacement over two days. After the installation of the boiler on the second day, Jeremy took extra care to ensure that all the radiators were working properly. We had problems with 4 radiators not working properly before this so this was an excellent result for us. No hesitation in recommending SCD Plumbing so we'll done Jeremy.

I can thoroughly recommend SCD plumbing. They have helped me out several times. The latest was for a leak from the waste pipes of my bathroom sink. I received a text to let me know they were on their way and they arrived promptly. The plumber was really helpful, fixed the pipes and left the area clean and tidy.

We recently moved into a house and had to move our gas meter, SCD Plumbing was very fast at coming out to connect the meter back up to the boiler and install the gas pipe in the kitchen to how we would like them so we can renovate our kitchen, they listened to how we wanted things done and they done this that way, they were very helpful and also helped us to take out old gas pipes. Had to give 5 stars because you can't give 6! Dan is an excellent plumber who responds quickly and clearly to any requests. We agreed a time and price. He arrived bang on time and did the job for the agreed price. No fuss, no bother. Can't fault him. Photo shows new valve fitted by today. A small job perhaps but important.

Dan came to do my job of fitting a new mains water stopcock at very short notice and on a Saturday morning, he even answered a query I had on the Sunday. Nice chap, good job. I would recommend Dan for plumbing work.
