We have used RP Plumbing & Heating on numerous occasions across our small portfolio of rental flats and at our home. We have found them courteous, friendly and helpful. They are quick to book you in and when we needed them in an emergency they were there within half an hour. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Great company.

Fitted a boiler for us, as well as adjusting the pipe work for better concealment. They also removed one radiator and replaced another. Fantastic work throughout, clean, tidy and friendly. Would recommend.

After 3 price quotes across three different boiler installers, these guys were the best price by a few hundred quid despite being 30 miles away from my house. Very happy with works - all done with no mess in 1 day and took the old boiler away. Nice polite blokes and did a great job. Would definately use again. 10/10.

When our boiler failed during the coldest part of January, RP Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and arranged to install a new boiler within days. Their customer service was excellent, the price was very competitive and they turned up when they said they would, completing the job within the day. The plumber (Dan) did a very tidy and professional job and we are completely satisfied with the work. Thank you to all involved.

What a lovely man Phil the plumber is. He not only came quickly he did an excellent repair job, I’m shielding and was not very well. He said he had to empty the under sink cupboard but bless him unbeknown to me he put every thing back and neatly, Bless Him it restores your faith in people when someone like him comes along.

Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Friendly, helpful, and always available to support: BCP installed a brand new unvented heating system, replaced rads, installed new rads, installed and gas hob and provided all required certifications for building control. Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.
