I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

What can I say, great customer service - Family run business. Very knowledgeable, service and of parts, with cost. Extremely easy to get an appointment, regardless of how busy Home Heroes are, thank you. The Plumber who attended site, was easy to talk to, distilling confidence, keen to talk through what he will be doing and why. Quick repair/replacement of Shower Thermostat/Valve. Billing is so easy and reasonably priced, quick to do. I was emailed a receipt for payment, which I thoroughly appreciated. I for one, will be back and anyone reading this review who is looking for a plumber, look no further, you get what you pay for quality of service from inception to completion A***..... This company was a great find. The lady who answered the phone took all the details of the problem which was a water leak coming up through the floor and told me Simon would be with me within the next three hours. Simon phoned when he was on his way. He worked out where the problem was coming from which was behind a cupboard in the kitchen, then proceeded to replace the pipe. All very efficient. Highly recommend Greenstar.

We recently had a new boiler installed. Greenstar were very good with their communication and competitively priced. We wanted a slightly bigger boiler than planned - they were happy to come again and remeasure the space. This enabled us to have the ideal boiler for us. Chris who installed our boiler was very helpful and talked me through the new boiler system. Professional, good communication and efficient engineers. Would recommend.

Our job was very small, capping off a leaking pipe from an old defunct heating system still in situ. Artisan came to the rescue and were super efficient, polite, speedy and clean as well as very competently fixing the problem which unfortunately a previous plumber had left us with. We'd highly recommend them and would definitely use them again (when we need to replace our ageing boiler for starters!). A huge thank you.

Following a very competitive quotation, in 2017 James and his team installed a brand new central heating boiler and radiator system at my home in Langport. This work was very satisfactorily completed within a week and I have been more than happy with the efficiency of my system and its ease of operation. Following some window work to a bedroom a radiator valve cover went "missing". I contacted Artisan in order to source a replacement and one was posted out free of charge. This week I had a minor issue with air in a couple of radiators and was offered a possible solution in case a visit was not necessary :-) I didn't want to "fiddle" with the boiler so I asked for an engineer to call and the matter was resolved within a couple of days plus he gave clear guidance as to what to do in future. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Artisan both for the work and the after service!

Our kitchen tap had started to leak so I contacted Christian after finding him on Google. He was very helpful over email and now our new tap is installed and working perfectly! We’ve used Christian for our heating and plumbing work for years and have always been very happy with him. He recently refitted our bathroom for us, which was a strip back to a shell and start again. From the outset we’ve been very impressed and are absolutely delighted with the finished work- so much so that we asked him to do the downstairs toilet too! Right at the start, Christian gave us a detailed quotation and worked with us to make sure that the bathroom suite was absolutely right and that we had everything required, he lined up the necessary tradesmen, skip, deliveries etc and ran through with us to make sure everything was just right and we knew just what to expect. Christian’s workmanship is excellent, and his attention to detail is very impressive. The bathroom looks amazing and the installation and tiling are flawless, with attention to little details that we wouldn’t have even thought of. The end result really shows the care that he has put into his work- as he says, he treats every project with the same care and focus that he would if he was working in his own house. It's not just the quality of his work that stands Christian out. Stripping out and refitting a bathroom is a big job, but Christian took care to minimise any mess and was very considerate of us when he was working, always leaving things neat and tidy. Christian is clearly very experienced, he’s a good man, and a pleasure to be around. I would absolutely recommend Christian to anyone, whether for plumbing and heating or larger projects like our bathroom. His work is first-rate and excellent value and he makes the whole process as smooth as he can. No wonder he has so many 5-star reviews- well done and thank you Christian!

Christian from Fire and Water replaced our boiler last week. We were delighted with the service. Christian arrived on time as arranged with us on each of the days that he worked. He worked in an appropriately covid-safe manner. He left our kitchen tidy and such that we could still cook the meals we needed to. The new boiler is a huge improvement on our old one and we were really pleased with the advice he gave when we were choosing the new model. We would definitely contact Christian again as our first choice for a plumber. We generally contact by email and hear back in a good timeframe.

Christian was recommended to me to refit my bathroom by several friends and I'm so glad I was. Christian's work is absolutely faultless and he was very considerate and supportive throughout the whole process. I presented Christian with the challenge of very old steel barreled pipes in an Edwardian house. The bathroom needed a complete renovation and I couldn't be happier with the result. I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. We definitely recommend this company.

We used a local Dorset distributor to source a pellet boiler + solar thermal combination which they installed using out of area plumbing sub-contractors. This was a mistake for the solar thermal as out of implementation we had no support when issues arose over the last three years. We were recommended to use Ace Energy who have provided us with peace of mind, professionalism, excellent service and value.

I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.
