This company was a great find. The lady who answered the phone took all the details of the problem which was a water leak coming up through the floor and told me Simon would be with me within the next three hours. Simon phoned when he was on his way. He worked out where the problem was coming from which was behind a cupboard in the kitchen, then proceeded to replace the pipe. All very efficient. Highly recommend Greenstar.

We recently had a new boiler installed. Greenstar were very good with their communication and competitively priced. We wanted a slightly bigger boiler than planned - they were happy to come again and remeasure the space. This enabled us to have the ideal boiler for us. Chris who installed our boiler was very helpful and talked me through the new boiler system. Professional, good communication and efficient engineers. Would recommend.

Ryan came to plumb our washing machine into our newly created utility outbuilding. His work was excellent and he kindly helped us carry the washer out to its new location once he'd finished the plumbing connections and installed a stopcock for the outbuilding. Very tidy, very good quality job. Excellent. Highly recommend this company.

We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. What can I say, great customer service - Family run business. Very knowledgeable, service and of parts, with cost. Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! Iāve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didnāt need to wait home all day. We had We Heat install a new boiler and replace 3 radiators. They did a fantastic job including minimising the disruption while the work was taking place. Very professional and easy to deal with from the initial survey thorough the the work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

We used a local Dorset distributor to source a pellet boiler + solar thermal combination which they installed using out of area plumbing sub-contractors. This was a mistake for the solar thermal as out of implementation we had no support when issues arose over the last three years.
