I would have been absolutely lost with out Luke .He went several extra miles to make sure I had heating and water after I foolishly did not register my boiler for warranty.luke sorted it all out quickly ! Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. He’s a really friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he did it so we knew what was happening. Very grateful to him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again!!

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

Andy is a great plumber and gas engineer that I have been using for almost a decade. From small to large jobs, he is happy to do it all. Andy has fixed leaking pipes in the loft, fitted kitchen and bathroom taps, as well as fitting and maintaining two boilers (in two different homes). Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money.
