Marcus is a miracle worker. He managed to get the last 3 screws (in the country) to get my old Suprima boiler running again. Friendly and easy to work with, arrived on time and has great communication! Will be using him again for future plumbing needs. Thank you! Also very good pricing.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Acting on a recommendation and encouraged by excellent reviews, I contacted Home Heroes to provide a quotation to replace our 19 year old boiler with a Combi total system upgrade. From the moment when Claire on reception answered the phone and arranged the survey I knew I had chosen the right heating contractor. The team comprising Matt, Mark, Owen and Josh were superb, respectful, cheerful.and reassuring at all stages of a major project, I have no hesitation in recommending Home Heroes for heating and plumbing projects. We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Initially used TAP Plumbing & Heating for a tenants flat who moved in the day before and had a leak in the bathroom, worked out the issue and fixed it on a Friday late afternoon. Over the last year they have helped with various plumbing issues at my dad's house with very old plumbing, and challenges, gave me options first, try the easier route which we hoped would work but in the last couple of weeks a catastrophoic failure of the immersion tank, meant the installation of a new solution which fixed the longer term issues, again called and they attended quickly to ensure everything was safe, did pre plumbing work before the delivery of the new solution, then made sure everything was working before leaving the house late on a Friday evening - if you want a fair, honest, reliable Plumbing Company in the Dorchester (Dorset) area, contact Thomas & Prebha... Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Following a very competitive quotation, in 2017 James and his team installed a brand new central heating boiler and radiator system at my home in Langport. This work was very satisfactorily completed within a week and I have been more than happy with the efficiency of my system and its ease of operation. Following some window work to a bedroom a radiator valve cover went "missing". I contacted Artisan in order to source a replacement and one was posted out free of charge. This week I had a minor issue with air in a couple of radiators and was offered a possible solution in case a visit was not necessary :-) I didn't want to "fiddle" with the boiler so I asked for an engineer to call and the matter was resolved within a couple of days plus he gave clear guidance as to what to do in future. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Artisan both for the work and the after service!

Our job was very small, capping off a leaking pipe from an old defunct heating system still in situ. Artisan came to the rescue and were super efficient, polite, speedy and clean as well as very competently fixing the problem which unfortunately a previous plumber had left us with. We'd highly recommend them and would definitely use them again (when we need to replace our ageing boiler for starters!). A huge thank you.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended
