I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it. They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I got and they were super professional. They did the work neatly and didn't leave any mess. I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Luke is a top bloke, I messaged him at asking to take a look at removing a bathroom for me and within the hour he popped over. I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. After dithering about whether we should get solar for over a year Holt gave us detailed projections and a very competitive quote and in under a month from saying yes the panels were up and generating next day! We arranged comparison quotes for an Air Source Heat Pump installation from other local companies. Ryan Newman and Ryan Moulton at Holt Plumbing and Heating gave us a very detailed and competitive quote and they provide a comprehensive service. The installation team were highly professional. Removal of the oil fired boiler and installation of a Nibe Air Source Heat Pump is now complete together with replacement radiators, plumbing and electrics. We have a comfortably warm house throughout the day, and in the evening reduce the heat from bedroom radiators. The hot water provided is more than adequate! We are incredibly impressed with the service that this company provides, and also the technology provided by Nibe, the heat pump is quieter than the old oil fired boiler, and appears to be very energy efficient! We thoroughly recommend this company.
