Had new boiler fitted by them six years ago , paul has serviced it every year since. Also had a couple of extra radiators fitted.would use them everytime, reliable and trustworthy family business.

So pleased with the everything Paul did from replying to my phone call immediately to coming and sorting out the boiler problems the next day. He had all the parts he needed in his vehicle and completed the job quickly, efficiently with no fuss. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Called these guys for in an emergency as our radiator came off the wall and they sent an engineer out really quickly! Jack arrived promptly and made the situation safe and re hung the radiator. Very tidy and professional would recommend highly he's a credit to the company.

We had a blocked drain so called Rescue Rod and within half a hour someone was with us. Christian was professional, knowledgeable and despite what he was there to do, he obviously enjoyed his job. He was very thorough and made sure the drains were unblocked and cleaned before he left.
