Dave and Roxanne were so friendly, efficient and professional even though it was small job.

Friendly, helpful, and always available to support: BCP installed a brand new unvented heating system, replaced rads, installed new rads, installed and gas hob and provided all required certifications for building control. BCP is my go-to company for anything to do with heating and plumbing as I know the price will be fair and the service and product support will be excellent.

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

I can thoroughly recommend SCD plumbing. They have helped me out several times. The latest was for a leak from the waste pipes of my bathroom sink. I received a text to let me know they were on their way and they arrived promptly. The plumber was really helpful, fixed the pipes and left the area clean and tidy.

We recently moved into a house and had to move our gas meter, SCD Plumbing was very fast at coming out to connect the meter back up to the boiler and install the gas pipe in the kitchen to how we would like them so we can renovate our kitchen, they listened to how we wanted things done and they done this that way, they were very helpful and also helped us to take out old gas pipes. The two men who attended were very professional, I highly recommend this company.

Jeremy from SCD Plumbing carried out a power flush and boiler replacement over two days. After the installation of the boiler on the second day, Jeremy took extra care to ensure that all the radiators were working properly. We had problems with 4 radiators not working properly before this so this was an excellent result for us. No hesitation in recommending SCD Plumbing so we'll done Jeremy.

Just need to tell everyone what a brilliant job Duncan Sharples has done in completely refurbishing our bathroom. We knew he was good - we just didn't know that he was this good! We have always used Duncan for our emergency plumbing, but this was a really big job, involving completely "gutting" the family bathroom and totally re-fitting it - and this included tiling all the walls. We could not be more pleased with the standard of his work, which is absolutely excellent. The bathroom is now quite beautiful. Duncan is a very highly skilled plumber, with a totally professional approach. We trust him 100% and would highly recommend him to others.

Excellent service from Ryan, Ryan and all the team during the installation of our air source heat pump. Everything went very smoothly, they were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. We are very pleased with the heat pump which is keeping the bungalow very warm. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

After dithering about whether we should get solar for over a year Holt gave us detailed projections and a very competitive quote and in under a month from saying yes the panels were up and generating next day! I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.
