Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. Takes the time to explain everything, is super-reliable, fair with his pricing, tidy in the way he works and clears up at the end of the job, understanding and really has the customer in mind throughout. I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

Steve came out within a few hours of me calling and fixed my leak, he was on time and did a brilliant job.. I would highly recommend Steve.

Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. Just need to tell everyone what a brilliant job Duncan Sharples has done in completely refurbishing our bathroom. We knew he was good - we just didn't know that he was this good! We have always used Duncan for our emergency plumbing, but this was a really big job, involving completely "gutting" the family bathroom and totally re-fitting it - and this included tiling all the walls. We could not be more pleased with the standard of his work, which is absolutely excellent. The bathroom is now quite beautiful. Duncan is a very highly skilled plumber, with a totally professional approach. We trust him 100% and would highly recommend him to others.

Sam came to our rescue earlier this week when we discovered a leak from our bathroom was staining our kitchen ceiling. His prompt and efficient work ensured the leak was banished, hopefully for good! I was really impressed by his workmanship and how clean and tidy he left the room. He is someone I will highly recommend 👌

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! So pleased with the finished job. Thanks again Sam.

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

I chose the coldest week of the year to book a new boiler, but PSP Plumbing & Bathrooms completed the job efficiently & as swiftly as possible. My existing plumbing threw up a couple of problems which were dealt with in a professional way with no inconvenience to me. My house is now lovely & warm. I took the opportunity to have a new shower head fitted too & I'm extremely pleased with it

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Highly recommended, and we'll be using him again.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Dan has recently finished a complete bathroom re-fit for us. Work done very competently with every consideration of how we wished it to look. He worked very hard and within time-frame given. A very busy man and highly recommended!
