Had a recent challange where I found this odd size plastic pipe (16 to 17mm, not 15mm). No idea how to connect it to 15mm but J&B had the knowledge and the parts needed, something you would not get from Screwfix, Tool Station etc. Highly recommend, first class service. Des.

Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. All work done swiftly, cleanly and very efficiently. I will call on him again should the need arise. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. He’s a really friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he did it so we knew what was happening. Very grateful to him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again!!

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

Huw recently serviced our boiler. His knowledge is first class, very thorough and explains everything without all the usual jargon. He will now become our go to for all our gas/plumbing needs - couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. We needed a new boiler as our broke down just as the cold weather arrived. Gary came out and identified the problem. He ordered the new boiler and it was installed within the week. As we were without heating they also loaned us some convector heaters. Rob installed the new boiler and was efficient , tidy, punctual and explained how the new boiler worked. Gary phoned the next day to check we were happy and warm with the new boiler. Would definitely recommend the company.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient.
