Ben replaced our old radiator with a much more energy efficient model. He was reliable and was careful to neatly work around our new wooden floorboards without causing any damage. We will definitely be using Strong’s again.

Ben and his colleague Chris were fab. Super professional and quick to sort us out with a quote and then to complete the work. They were lovely and super tidy whilst they were working and answered all our silly questions. We had all our radiators changed, our system power flushed and a magna clean filter and Nest installed. Our system is now working beautifully and we are very toasty! Thanks Ben and Chris!

The plumber arrived on time. We had a part fail and we had sent a photo of that part, he arrived with a new one and installed it and checked everything was working before he left. We have used MJS before and are happy to use them in the future. Would recommend them.

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. We definitely recommend this company.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Heatfluence is the best company we've worked with for complete strip-out and installing new bathrooms (& we've done c.20). Kye has been responsive, ultra-professional, has listened to what we want and executed it brilliantly, turned up every day on time and worked solidly. We would recommend him absolutely. The work was completed to a very high standard and the results look great, blending beautifully with the Victorian property. Jodie was excellent, got back to me swiftly and completed 2 jobs on different occasions. Fixed a toilet flush and some external pipes that were leaking. She was also going to replace my shower- but after further investigation she told me to get the boiler checked first before she replaced. This honest conversation saved me having to replace the shower and a broken part in the boiler. I’ll be using Jodie again and would definitely be recommending her. Great job!

Chris altered the boiler pipe work so that the Magnaclean filter was not only accessible but is now protecting the systems it was meant to protect.
