Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. Realistic pricing, no nasty surprises at all.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Completed job 2 working days later and has done a really neat job. Nice guy to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again when needed.

We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. A pleasure to have working in our home they get 5* from us. Looking forward to them coming back to do the bathrooms next. 😊

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. I chose the coldest week of the year to book a new boiler, but PSP Plumbing & Bathrooms completed the job efficiently & as swiftly as possible. My existing plumbing threw up a couple of problems which were dealt with in a professional way with no inconvenience to me. My house is now lovely & warm. I took the opportunity to have a new shower head fitted too & I'm extremely pleased with it

We had We Heat install a new boiler and replace 3 radiators. They did a fantastic job including minimising the disruption while the work was taking place. Very professional and easy to deal with from the initial survey thorough the the work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

After 3 price quotes across three different boiler installers, these guys were the best price by a few hundred quid despite being 30 miles away from my house. Very happy with works - all done with no mess in 1 day and took the old boiler away. Nice polite blokes and did a great job. Would definately use again. 10/10.

So had my whole bathroom redone by Country Plumbing and really impressed by the service of Daniel and Kelly.. Daniel is so easy to chat to and gets what the customer is after and Kelly equally is excellent at finding the right products to suit and very polite too. We used a local Dorset distributor to source a pellet boiler + solar thermal combination which they installed using out of area plumbing sub-contractors. This was a mistake for the solar thermal as out of implementation we had no support when issues arose over the last three years. We were recommended to use Ace Energy who have provided us with peace of mind, professionalism, excellent service and value.
