You will find two reviews here... Mike recently installed a new Vaillant boiler. Titan was outstandingly good from the initial quotation to the perfect installation. Mike was a model tradesman...professional and friendly at all times. He listened sympathetically to our own personal requirements for a new boiler. He suggested some excellent ideas to lower the boiler position to make access easier. He also repositioned our hot water tank slightly creating more room in the cupboard (and we discovered the house's missing stopcock that we had been unable to find since we moved here 17 years ago!) He was here for just two days and was not distracted at all from the job in hand. He cleared up at the end of each day and carried out the work sympathetically and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. He took time to install and explain the new digital thermostat control panel and the online app enabling us to easily operate our new Vaillant boiler. We have no hesitation in giving Titan Heating the very highest recommendation based on high quality, reliable service and competitive pricing. Here is the other review for an earlier job: Highly recommend this excellent company. Mike listened carefully to our specific issue and problem. In the past I have become accustomed to some firms unable to overcome such problems. However, Titan offered several solutions and were able to offer professional advice without pressure. We're delighted to accept the quote from Mike at Titan Heating. I have used Martin's firm for nearly 10 years in 2 houses. Always professional and trustworthy service. Today was no exception when after texting with a major problem before 8.00am Martin sent Haydn round within the hour. Within a further hour a new part was obtained and fitted to the boiler and I had hot water, heating and electricity downstairs all back on and working perfectly. No fault of Martin's at all that the boiler had failed, just an unreliable boiler fitted by the builder in my brand new house not yet 6 years old. I would recommend Martin's firm without hesitation. Bonus is that he is very reasonably priced too.

High standard of work and a trustworthy and reliable company. I’ve used Richardson plumbing and heating for about 15 years now. I’ve had two boiler replacements, servicing, gas safety checks and recently had two showers and a hot water cylinder installed. The work is always to a high standard, they arrive on time, tidy up so you wouldn’t even know they’d been there! Paying and invoicing is simple and all online. Thanks to Martin, Hayden, Tim and Sam for the hard work , all of whom I’d happily trust in the house alone. Highly recommended 👍.

Kieran was brilliant- punctual, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Carried out the work we had agreed on, plus went out of his way to help sort out a problem with my kitchen cupboard, which was over and above his remit. He left the area clean and tidy and was on hand to answer questions even after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will definitely use him again in the future.

I would highly recommend Osprey Plumbing services. The business director and owner, Kieran, is reliable and very approachable. He fitted a new combi-boiler in my house recently and I am so pleased with his work. He is efficient and a very conscientious and neat worker, he cleaned up after himself so well you wouldn’t know we’d had any work done. On top of this, Kieran doesn't charge over-the- top, ridiculous prices. His pricing is reasonable and fair.

We had a 17 year old Potterton central heating system to be replaced with recommendation by Colin from Wessex Plumbing and Heating to a new Valiant gas boiler. We are very pleased with it much nicer looking smaller and compact. It was not an easy job but the engineers worked hard to get it done quickly and efficiently. Whenever I drive or walk through Bridport, I always notice a Guy Crabb van. I wanted a number of refurbishments done on my bathroom, en-suite and utility rooms and being fairly new to the area, wondered who to choose. My neighbours were not any help as they all had poor experiences with one man bands or other small firms. So I thought why not try Guy Crabb, they must be doing something right with so many vans. We popped into their showroom on Gore Cross business park last June and left them a list of work to be done and asked for a quote. The very pleasant lady did tell us that they had a huge backlog of work since the pandemic and it might be many weeks before they could visit my home to quote. Well it was October when a very nice man called Mike Smyth visited to quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. 2 weeks later we received an itemised quote which we accepted immediately after choosing specific taps, wall panels and a pan at their showroom. It was Jan 23 before they were able to start work and a young man called Shane was assigned to carry out the work. He was very pleasant and friendly but also very professional, methodical and meticulous in his work. It took 3 1/4 days to install 3 shower panels, a new shower, 2 basin taps, 1 utility sink tap and a new loo pan. He did encounter a few issues withe the existing installations but overcame those. The invoice was exactly as per the quote but with the additional components used charged for. All in all, this was great work by a most professional company. Every employee that we either met or spoke to on the phone were friendly, happy and professional. The only downside was the wait until they could do the work. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely 100%.
