Jon of JSG Plumbing recently installed a shower and screen in our bathroom and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to use Jon again.

I found Jon very hard working, considerate, prompt, neat and helpful. The job he was undertaking was not at all straightforward but he found ways to ensure apparently conflicting requirements were sorted in a timely way. I can fully recommend him.

Jon repaired and serviced my boiler. It required more than one visit and he was brilliant at keeping in touch and always arriving when he said he would. All in all he is probably the best workman that I have had in over 25 years in Swanage. If you want an expert service and 100% reliability, he is your man.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Sam came to our rescue earlier this week when we discovered a leak from our bathroom was staining our kitchen ceiling. His prompt and efficient work ensured the leak was banished, hopefully for good! Great communication and service. Dale attended and identified the issue why our combi boiler was not providing hot water. Dale returned the following day with the part and fixed the issue very quickly.

Omg! Life saver! - We had Dale from Senior Plumbing come round because our boiler broke down in what must be the coldest time i've experienced and within 2 hours he had the system going and the faulty part replaced - A total life saver. MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it. Called these guys for in an emergency as our radiator came off the wall and they sent an engineer out really quickly! Jack arrived promptly and made the situation safe and re hung the radiator. Very tidy and professional would recommend highly he's a credit to the company.

We have always used MDH for last 14 years. Very good practically and technically. Just had a replacement vanity unit and the two gentlemen with Matt were extremely courteous and willing to answer questions. Likewise Matt will always explain when asked. Additionally, very good value too.
